Absolutely loved my stay at Hillview Hideaway! The setting was incredibly peaceful, surrounded by stunning countryside views that made for a truly relaxing getaway. The house itself was spotless, cozy, and thoughtfully set up with everything I needed. The hosts were welcoming and made sure I felt right at home. Waking up to the sounds of nature and enjoying the beautiful scenery was a real highlight. I would highly recommend this little slice of paradise to anyone looking for a quiet escape. Would definitely love to return!

I can’t say enough good things about this house! The location is perfect for families with kiddos and for surfing. The hosts were super responsive and helpful. The house was stocked with things for the kids to play with. The garden is a wonderful perk. We look forward to staying here again! Warning that loads of black flies showed up because of the farms up the road. Lee and Sarah were so helpful in how to deal with them and it’s something that’s totally out of their control.

Unique place, has got everything you need and a lot of games for the bad weather days. The hosts are really friendly and accommodating. I would come back again.

Great cozy house by Egmont National Park. Molly's place is great, spacious rooms, fully equipped, fast wi fi, everything was clean and tidy. She was friendly and always responsive. I stayed here with friends as a base for hikes at Mount Taranaki and it was a lovely experience.

Loved our stay here, Jennifer was very proactive and responsive, great shower, nice & comfortable beds. Excellent 👍

Fabulous place for the whole family. New and modern house, comfy with woodburner on cold nights and all the amenities you will need for a relaxing stay. Plus a few extra treats left by the lovely owners:). The outdoor fireplace was an awesome addition on cold starry nights. Kids enjoyed roasting marshmallows and the dog loved the huge fenced in yard.

Lovely spacious private place to stay. Very tastefully decorated. Fiona is a great hostess. Very easy to deal with.

Kerry was a great host—super responsive and helpful. She made accommodations for our family, which had a small baby with us, and even helped return the baby monitor I forgot to pack! I'm really grateful for that. I would recommend staying there.

We had an amazing stay at Thomas place. It's a lovely gem which we only can reccommend. You just have to experience the Treehouse as it's a really special stay you will never forget!

Our fifth time here and we will keep coming back. The mountain view is outstanding and we love the peace and tranquility of the Eco Bach. The property is beautiful and the walk ways give you great access. It is our home away from home. We love that our hosts are continually improving the property, act on feedback and are always available when needed.
