Relax and unwind in our Green Build casita (guest house) in a privately gated four home subdivision offering security and quiet for the discerning traveler. Perfect for solo or couples and within a few minutes walk to The Bosque trails and Rio Grande River. Bird watch, bike ride, walk along nature trails, or a short driving distance to Old Town/ Downtown Albuquerque. We are centrally located within Albuquerque and are a short driving distance to restaurants, but not within walking distance.

Little House Among The Trees

My Partner and I offer this 500 sq foot Solar house. It's self contained, secluded, quiet and secure. There are 5 dogs in the Main house but they use a doggie door to come and go. You might see them wandering the property but they have never been in the little house so if you have any allergies this should not be an issue for you. The hens and ducks are fenced on the back of the property. PLEASE --- Send (with words) a Check-In "Time" with your FIRST communication.

Just in time for summer 2025, we recently installed brand new central air-conditioning at this lovely downtown "casita"!! It was recently updated with new appliances and has a clothes washer and dryer. Great location near the zoo, Tingley Beach (hiking and biking trails near the river), and just blocks from downtown. Off street private parking and private patio area with a Jacuzzi hot tub! Perfect for relaxation.

Central Albuquerque Garden Casita

Our lovely, private casita in central Albuquerque is decorated with original art and located within easy walking distance of the University of New Mexico north campus golf course and UNM Hospital/School of Law. The kitchenette has granite counter tops and custom LED lighting. We have a private landscaped garden with sitting areas to enjoy hummingbirds and roadrunners. Wi-Fi and cable TV incl. Welcome to our cozy Casita in the peaceful bosque ("forest") setting of the historic Pajarito neighborhood. This is a detached guest house with 1 queen bed, on our fenced and gated mini farm. In a few minutes' walk you have access to Rio Grande State Park, the river, and miles of trails. Isleta Ampitheater, downtown and the airport are only a 15-minute drive away.
