We enjoyed our stay (our second visit at Lewis’ place). The location is ideal and the town centre and restaurants are easily walkable. Secure parking is a plus in Abergavenny and there is supermarket next door. The apartment itself is bright, modern and very well maintained. It has everything you need for a few days stay in this lovely market town where we were born many years ago! We particularly appreciate the lift up to it’s first floor location. Mike and Ann

WOW... What find Jo's place was, and if we're ever in that area again, I wouldn't hesitate to try to book Jo's place. Such easy instructions to find this beautiful, tranquil and private Airbnb, plus everything within the apartment, such as the fan,TV, heating etc. This apartment was stunningly presented, immaculately clean, and had everything one would need to enjoy self-catering if you didn’t want to go out to one of the nearby restaurants. In the evening, we opened the doors of the balcony, pulled up a chair with a beer and watched the wildlife as dusk was encroachin the deer, foxes, badgers and their friends were just there to be admired. I cannot say enough superlatives to say how much we loved staying here it was just a shame that our time was limited. Jo was the perfect host, left us to ourselves, and when our paths did cross, I could see why her reviews were as good as they are. Many thanks for a perfect stay. Dar.

Amazing place. The rooms are clean and big, and furnitures are great. The environment is beautiful and the seaside looks brilliant. The staff Beth is very friendly and sorted our issues immediately. Definitely 5 star recommend!

It was a lovely stay. The place had everything I needed and the host was very helpful. A smart looking amd comfy spot with a fully functional kitchen.

John and Amanda’s flat was lovely, a lot bigger than expected, also very clean. It was really easy to get into Oxford and when asked if there was room for two cars Amanda responded very quickly that there was. Altogether we had a lovely weekend and were pleased we booked John and Amanda’s air bnb. I would definitely recommend it and stay again!

Absolutely beautiful place. Tony and Rosemary provided everything we needed for a long weekend relaxing stay. Their communication was excellent and they were always on hand to answer questions. I loved having a hot tub, which made the value great. The area was very peaceful and private, and in easy driving distance of lots of local attractions. We would definitely stay here again if we were in the area.

Combe Martin was much quieter than we remember from our last visit but was so easy to get to Ilfracombe and other places we wanted to visit. Found great places to eat and drink close by in the village, amazing walks and views and locals were all so friendly. The house was just perfect with everything we needed. It was excellent to have a downstairs bedroom and bathroom for my Mum, who is a bit unsteady on her feet. The log burner was easy to use and incredibly efficient, a lovely way to end the day. The kitchen was really well designed. Nic and Rick were really responsive and the check in and out was straightforward and very relaxed. Thanks Nic and Rick for a perfect weekend stay!

Lovely house with fantastic views of Dartmouth and surrounding coutryside. The house was very clean and well appointed throughout with all the amenities we needed. Great location easily walkable to centre of Dartmouth where we enjoyed its excellent restaurants, pubs, shops etc. Would definitely return again.

booked Dave & Emma's place for my husbands 60th birthday weekend. there was 12 of us, all family with 3 children amongst the group with the youngest being 4 years old. the accommodation had everything you could wish for with the kids and adults alike all making use of the games room, bikes and kayakes. the park and beach were literally opposite the house, so was a great location and the weather was brilliant. we also made use of the hot tub, which was very popular.

Exceptional value, really well-executed AirBnb. Good water pressure, proper-sized towels, quality bedding, lots of kitchen incidentals - incl corkscrew and cafetière etc. etc. Top drawer.

Vanessa’s place is beautiful - so comfortable and stylish, and so well equipped - it has everything you need for a perfect stay. It’s not the easiest to find in the dark but Vanessa sent the most brilliant instructions which were super helpful. It is spotlessly clean and the welcome gifts were a lovely touch. I’d highly recommend a stay at Vanessa’s place.

Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Steve, qui nous gentiment permis de venir un peu plus tôt que prévu pour permettre à notre enfant de 2 ans de faire sa sieste. Il nous a également laissé des collations réjouissantes. La maison est très agréable et confortable. Idéalement située près de Bath, de Bristol, Bradford-on-Avon, abbaye de Lacock, etc. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Un grand merci, Steve !

Sarah's place is wonderful. We loved the house and the garden, our children played on the swing and splashed about in the river nearly all day. We had a rainy week in Cornwall, but it didn't matter a bit: the house was warm, the beaches beautiful in the wind and rain and we spent hours playing cards in front of the log burner. A perfect family holiday: thank you Sarah. Thanks also to Raechel for the lovely warm welcome and for putting our food away before we'd arrived: what a treat after the long drive. We'll be back.

The apartment is in the center of the village which is where you want to be. Walk to pubs, tea rooms, restaurants and stores in less than 2 min. The apartment has a lockbox with keys to the front door of the building and the front door of the apartment. There is a very slow lift that takes you directly into the apartment, or you can walk up two flights of stairs to the front door to the flat and then walk up two more flights to the main living area. We used the lift for our suitcases, but otherwise always took the stairs. The lift requires a code and the simultaneous pushing of buttons, but it's handy for heavy bags or if you've got mobility issues. So nice to have two bathrooms, though there are some quirky things about both. Due to the ceiling heights, the master bath doesn't have a shower, and there isn't a mirror. There's a small mirror on the bedroom dresser. The second bedroom has really low to the ground twin beds. They'd be lovely for little kids but were awkward for us.

Great place to chill out and have a few days to ourselves. Host were really good very friendly and helpful we will definitely be back 👍

I stayed with Mike and Bert for two weeks while a house sale went through, I brought with me my high maintenance Bengal cat Kevin Bacon. During our stay Mike has gone out of his way to accommodate us, the accommodation is completely separate and lockable, I felt completely safe, I knew Kevin was secure and didn’t see any red flags. Mike is laid back and approachable, the perfect host. The bed is extremely comfortable and everything I have needed has been included with no extra costs or limitations. Bert is a very good boy and has been trained properly, he doesn’t go upstairs but he will bring you a shoe each time he sees you as a greeting, Bert was completely safe around Kevin when I took Kevin in the garden. There is easy parking at the accommodation and lots to do in the area, lots of walks, castles, stepping stones over rivers, sand dunes, beaches, horse riding and a decent selection of Pubs. If I ever end up homeless again I will be coming back! Thank you.

The Bolthole is a fabulous place ideally located to explore the Cotswolds. The apartment is well-equipped and comfortable. The parking arrangements are a definite added bonus. Claire was a great host providing very helpful local information ahead of our stay. Would highly recommend.

Just perfect for what we needed, large and comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms, small and secure yard to allow dog out in. Quiet area and building, a plus for a fireworks nervous dog on NYE!

Harry is the best possible kind of host. He’s friendly, very responsive and extremely communicative. His apartment is beautiful and very easy to use. The ONLY drawback that I have is nothing to do with Harry - the neighbourhood itself is a very private and quiet village and we were given a list in the lift requesting that we be very quiet. Aside from that - Harry is amazing and you will not find a better host. Thank you Harry!

A fabulous gem tucked out of the way from the hustle and bustle of the main Barbican high street. A two minute walk from the great restaurants and pubs, we recommend the pizzas in the Barbican Pasta Bar & The Village Restaurant for the best Dover Sole! Charles our host was very friendly and responded to any questions quickly. The flat had everything we needed, spotlessly clean and well decorated.
