We stayed at Stephen’s house over the Easter holiday and found the location perfect for accessing the Town and beach. The house and gardens are fantastic and we really felt at home over the four days. The weather wasn’t the best but we still made use of the wonderful garden and also the games cupboard and television due to the weather. Plenty of takeaways, food shops and pubs in the area and all in all a great location to spend time with your family especially if the weather is on your side. Thank you Stephen.

Had the best stay, thank you so much Sally! So responsive and accommodating. We all throughly enjoyed ourselves, place was so homely. Kids had so much to do and all the adults love watching them enjoy themselves. Felt right at home, would recommend to anyone. We haven’t stopped talking about our visit next year already. This beautiful home was the perfect place to stay! The modern decor was stunning and gave the space a luxurious feel. Everything was incredibly clean, and the amenities were top-notch. The host was also very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!

Charlotte's place was a really lovely place to stay and felt really homely and nicely decorated. The beds were comfy. The free on street parking was super handy as well.

Just got back from a lovely impromptu weekend in Looe with my 2 children age 5 & 8. We found it really easily thanks to great instructions and arrived to find the cottage warm, cosy and welcoming. The location is just perfect, in a quiet area and we couldn’t stop looking out of the window at the beautiful view of the river. It’s a pleasant 10 minute walk to the main centre of town where there were so many things to see and do. The shop across the road was really handy, and parking was always easy on the quayside. We will definitely be back as soon as we can!

What an amazing place to stay! Dartmouth is a lovely town and Sarah’s place gives you the most perfect view of it, you honestly could sit and look at it for hours (we did!). The Penthouse is beautiful, spacious and very well loved, everything clean and welcoming. Really can’t recommend this place highly enough. Thanks for having us.

Ik wil deze accommodatie warm aanbevelen. Wij verbleven met ons gezin van 5 gedurende 6 nachten in de Hay Barn. Alles was gewoon perfect: veel ruimte, alles was proper, een goed uitgeruste keuken, comfortabele bedden,.. Hoewel de site ook enkele glamping tenten en andere accommodaties voorziet, konden we toch genieten van alle rust en privacy. Bij aankomst kwam Tamara ons even hallo zeggen, en bood haar diensten aan ingeval van vragen. Ook was haar dochter zo behulpzaam om onze zoontjes de ochtend daarop de weg te wijzen naar de kippen en de varkentjes. Dat apprecieerden we heel erg. De plek is een ideale uitvalsbasis voor allerhande bezienswaardigheden. Zelfs na 6 nachten hadden we nog lang niet het gevoel alles gezien te hebben! Naast de sowieso perfecte accommodatie, maakt de aanwezigheid van boerderijdieren dit tot een zeer geschikt adres voor gezinnen met (jonge) kinderen.

The space worked very well for us. The communal areas were ideal, the kitchen/diner was a good size and well equipped, the sitting room also. The balcony was great and opening the sliding door helped a lot on the hotter days. The bedrooms were comfortable and both en suite bathrooms were great. The location was the highlight, great views onto the canal and a very short walk into the city. A couple of local shops made things totally convenient. The only things that were less than perfect, but still perfectly manageable, were that the parking was a bit tight, you wouldn't want a large car; the bedroom windows are directly onto a side road up to the canal so keep the blinds closed and be prepared for some noise from passers-by; the place can get very hot on warm days. All in all a great place to stay and I'd recommend it to anybody.

Really enjoyed our stay in Helens apartment. The location is fantastic within a short walk from everthing. Apartment was as described, really clean, well equipped and comfortable. Lovely and spacious with 3 bedrooms and bathrooms so perfect for the 4 of us. It has a lovely balcony and enclosed outdoor area so perfect if you want to bring a dog....I can confirm it was a big paws up from our dog Marley who loved his stay. Helen was the best host, really informative offering recommendations in the local area and very responsive to messages. If you are wanting a short break in this area then this apartment is spot on. Staying here was a real delight. Very close to marina, didn't need to get back in the car the whole time we were here. very nicely decorated apartment, very friendly and understanding hosts. can't wait to come again.

I recently had the pleasure of staying for two nights in this charming barn conversion, and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience. The location is wonderfully peaceful, making it the perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The facilities were top-notch and eco-conscious, which I truly appreciated. Penny, the host, was friendly and attentive. When I encountered a minor issue upon arrival, she resolved it quickly and with genuine apologies, ensuring my stay was comfortable from the start. I highly recommend this lovely spot to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. You won't be disappointed!

We had the most wonderful time staying at Rebecca’s place in Bath. It immediately felt like a home from home with a really welcoming cosy feel to the place. The interiors are beautiful and if you love art you’ll love relaxing in the 2 lounge areas. We are a family of 4 and it was the perfect size for us. Great location, walkable to everywhere and we even got a takeout one evening from the local Indian a few doors down and it was excellent! Would highly recommend as a base to explore Bath if you love period properties and character.

Elaine’s apartment is stunning! It’s comfortable and relaxing with great decor and amenities. Right in the centre of Mousehole we had a perfect spot to explore. Elaine was an excellent host and we felt fortunate to have found her at short notice.
