Tram stops and buses to University and Town centre are minutes away... Peaceful location.

There will always be a warm welcome at The Old Stables. We have a lovely double room available. TV, tea/coffee making facilities and a continental breakfast are provided. You have your own private bathroom, with a large walk in shower & roll top bath. There is great walking, running, fishing, cycling, mountain biking, climbing & golf all on our doorstep with good views from the house of Bamford Edge, Win Hill & Shatton Moor. Stylish first-floor double b&b room with adjacent private bathroom for guests in a contemporary architect-designed house. Located just to the north of Sheffield, convenient for access to the city and also to the nearby Peak District. The host lives in the house (with a small friendly dog called Patrick) and guests are welcome to use the ground floor kitchen and lounge, as well as the outdoor terrace overlooking the River Don. Light breakfast (bread, cereals, fruit, yogurt) is provided.
