It has a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom and a private large terrace outside. Your stay at the property combines the tranquility of nature with easy access to the beaches, the surrounding villages and the capital of the island. There is free parking next to the house. A small (35m2) functional and very quiet house, away from the noise, very close to the capital of Plaka (a 5 minute walk) and the centre of the island. Built at the beginning of the 20th century out of stone the house was recently renovated and combines a traditional atmosphere with the comfort of a modern and simple decoration.

Two apartments and two studio. The Sunrise apartment 45 sq.m. fully equipped available for 3 person.there is not sea view but it is 150 meters from the beach of papikinou, ιdeal for relaxing and pleasant holidays !
