You can walk to MOA from the condo. It is perfect for a solo traveler or a couple. Very small, but clean and quite. The bottom level has lots of shops and restaurants. The pictures show a bed and couch, which is true. It would be very cramped for 4 people. Very nicely finished with wood paneling I felt like I was in a fancy high end room. It's clean and in a good location, if you want a place to sleep after explore manila. highly recommend 👌.

This was truly the best vacation we’ve ever had, and staying at this condo made all the difference! From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home. We stayed two weeks at Aziz’s place while visiting family in Manila. Aziz and his co-host Cris were super responsive, provided clear instructions and directions, and the place itself was fantastic. The condo is located in a gated, guarded and safe condo complex (this type of a set up is common in the Philippines). The guards were super friendly and helpful. Do not be intimidated by the surroundings (the street can sometimes appear rougher than what it actually is), you are only a short and inexpensive grab ride away from anywhere you want to go! And did I mention free parking?! Not only this, but the condo itself is immaculate, clean, spacious and has great amenities, including powerful air conditioning in both the principal bedroom, as well as the living/secondary bedroom, two comfort rooms (washrooms), a well equipped and stocked kitchen and a washer/dryer combo that does a fantastic job. I would recommend this place gladly!

Smooth and hassle-free check-in. The unit is clean, well-organized, and although it’s a small condo, every piece of furniture is thoughtfully placed, making the space feel cozy and neat. The pool area is impressively large, with sections for both kids and adults. Our kiddos had a blast, especially during the night swimming. Overall, a great stay—perfect for a quick getaway or family bonding. Would definitely recommend and book again!

The unit's lay out was maximized and well-planned. I like the modern minimalist style of the interior. Location-wise, unit is accessible. near the airport, restaurants and malls. The hosts are courteous and proactive. Will definitely recommend their place. :)

Place is very accessible , we’re working remotely and the internet was flawless, no issues at all.. Family friendly place , the pool is clean, great view and ambience, and the unit is clean ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Friendly staffs , definitely our go to place if we’re in the Metro , Salamat ❤️

This was absolutely a great find. Highly accessible for transportation. Easiest check in to date. Swift and thoughtful responses from the Host. They were very flexible when I needed to extend via the app.

Overall, I have very good experience from the time I booked the place. Host is very responsive and accommodating. Stress free transaction, I didn't have any problems at all from check-in process and until the check out. The location of the unit is accessible for everything and so peacefull. The unit is clean and very homey vibe, and got to enjoy the amenities of the place. Recommended if you are looking for nice place yet very affordable.

Very nice resort like condo. Very safe and secure. Pools are amazing. Condo property is well maintained and very clean. Pictures do not do this place justice. As a US citizen I felt very safe in and around the property. I walked by myself on several occasions. Mall across the street and a few restaurants near by.

We had a wonderful time and Raquel was very accommodating with our check in and check out dates. The place was very clean and the dishes spotless as well as the linens. The aircons kept it very cool the whole time and the scenic view of the city was beautiful at nighttime.
