Our home is special for its location providing easy summer access to water on the Deschutes River and easy winter access to snowy adventures on Mt Bachelor. Summer months are booked early by guests who love our peaceful water views and access to their private dock, kayaks & bicycles. Our winter months welcome guests looking to experience snowy pines and easy access to Mt Bachelor's powdery slopes and surrounding trails. Summer or winter guests celebrate our pristine hot tub, morning to evening.

Riverfront cabin w/ fantastic location! Conveniently located to the Sunriver Village (5 min) & Mt. Bachelor (20 min). Take it easy @ this unique, round house perched over the Spring River w/ 2 levels of decking, hot tub & private dock! Enjoy H20 activities, hiking & biking. Kayaks, SUP, canoe & bikes available during summer.Stunning 180 degree views of the river. House is well stocked w/ all the creature comforts. This home is truly a peaceful oasis for some fun and R&R! 1 dog limit, $100 fee.

Tide's Reach of the Umpqua

All it's own type thing, in it's own type place, a RIVERSIDE LUXERY GLAMP! Nooked in Oregon Coastal Mountains at edge of inland tidal waters. Set to the background of a small historic rural township, tucked just out of sight of the beaten route to/from the Pacific Ocean and Oregon Dunes a short 16mi away at Reedsport.  Year round floating dock and river access all to yourself, different experience with each tide change, and kayaks provided. Otter, eagle, seal, fish, etc : a nature theme park!

Starlight Meadow Yurt

The yurt is a modern, light, space with a deck. It's nestled between a mixed conifer forest and Starlight Meadow. We're at the end of a private road on 20 acres. The property is gated for your comfort and peace of mind. There's a large trampoline at the edge of the meadow perfect for stargazing and sunsets. The creek flows October thru June depending on rainfall. Six miles from Shady Cove where you'll find restaurants and a grocery store. 40 miles to Crater Lake. 26 to Ashland. Treat yourself!

Pepper’s Place

Private marina & hot tub — cozy studio Apt with no shared walls. 7-min drive to the Village at Sunriver via S. Century, 20 mins to Bend, 25 minutes to Mt. Bachelor. SUPs (2), kayaks (2), floats, rafts, and bikes (2 adult + 2 kid), snowshoes (4 pairs). Pepper is a friendly golden/boxer mix who loves kids and dogs. Pet friendly (no fee), fenced yard, hot tub, propane and wood fire pits, OWW. Sound-deadened movie theater and foosball room available upon request. Backyard is shared with Pepper.

Gateway to Crater Lake National Park, the Klamath Basin & Diamond Lake this cabin is a gem offering a peaceful getaway with 3 bedrooms & 3 bath. Beautiful interior, clean, comfortable with everything you need for respite or basecamp for adventure! Fully stocked kitchen & BBQ await! Washer, dryer in house! The dock & kayaks are for guest use & shared with our cottage next door. Eagles, ducks, beavers & more just outside the door!

Agency Lake Front Apartment

Lakefront with beautiful view across Agency Lake to the mountains surrounding Crater Lake! This upstairs apartment has one good sized bedroom, with skylights, a desk area and a flat screen TV. A full kitchen is stocked with dishes, pots and pans, glasses and silverware, plus extras. A hide-a bed sofa is in the living room, with a comfortable reading area. The bathroom has a stand up shower. Loaner kayaks in summer months, sled in winter. 30 minutes to beautiful Crater Lake park boundary.
