Being my second experience to rent an AirBnB, I took the chance of renting a room in a private home (instead of an apt or hotel room) that was close by to my family…and I am so glad I did! Not only did I receive a warm welcome from the owners, Lorelei and David, I was also warm welcomed by their 5 dogs. Being away from my animals, this was the best feeling ever! From our morning coffee chats, to smelling her delicious cinnamon buns as I woke up one morning, to seeing a fox pass their yard, to playing with a new rescue puppy, this is my new home away from home! Their Victorian home is clean, warm, inviting, and their book shelves/library room was a book lovers delight! Unfortunately, I was on the go a lot so I didn’t have time to enjoy a home cooked meal, but the cinnamon buns were to die for! I will be back for sure to stay with Lorelei, David, and their fur babies!

Lovely spot on the Tobique River! An absolute gem of a place to stay with an incredible view.

Absolutely wonderful stay in this remote cabin with a legendary host. Garth met me upon arrival to drive me into the woods as a car can't make up that road. Don't let that deter you. Garth was patient and helped me load all my things into his truck. He even drove me back out and in again when I forgot my phone! The cabin has no power and no running water. A generator is supplied as well as a large Culligan jug. I only ran the generator in the morning for coffee. Consider this when packing- lighting. I brought battery powered string lights I hung on the bunk beds and a rechargeable lamp&flashlight. Bring a portable charger if you plan to stay a few night to charge your phone or lamps. Running the generator for that would take too long and be too loud. You Cook on the wood stove. There is good phone reception so if you need anything, Garth is easy to reach. The trails through woods are magical and ENDLESS. A walk to the car is only ten mins if you forget something. I will be back!

The location of this trailer was spectacular! So peaceful. The trailer was spotless and the bed sheets smelled amazing! Fully equipped with everything we needed.The host was super helpful and fantastic to work with! We would stay here again if we come up this way.

Accommodating, kind, helpful, clean, spacious, comfortable, quiet. Even let us park in their garage, which has direct entrance to the accommodation. Would highly recommend.
