I and my son feel very happy and comfortable living there, although the elevator doesn't work, it seems always under fixing. After all, the location is so convenient to everywhere, for example, SOM, Peabody Museum, and Hillhouse Ave. Almost all Yale shuttle lines stopped there. It is a happy time to eat while watching TV news in the living room. The scenery from top of the building is beautiful. We saw the sunrise and snowy town. That is amazing! The neighbors are very friendly. Guest in No. 34 helped us on carrying the luggages. He has a dog with three legs. What a nice and kind young man! In the basement, there is a gym and guests-room with sofas. G cafe closes after 5pm. My friends and I had a talk there which is nice. The Nica's is nearby as well which is very convenient. With Grocery line, we shop at Trade Joe's on weekend to save money. There is a big refrigerator to save food for one week. The door has an electronic lock which is very smart and easy to use. Good to stay!

Great listing, great host. Street below is pretty loud at night even with the windows closed.

Brianna was a wonderful host! Our stay there made it an easy engagement weekend for us! She was quick to respond with our questions and let us do a late check out on our last day. Definitely would book with her again!

Very nice and cozy place.

Alicia was amazing to work with and extremely responsive! Weather caused changes to my travel plans which created plenty of other stress and she was fantastic to work with to sort out! Very clear and detailed instructions. No questions throughout my stay. She checked in to make sure everything was going well. Primary reason for booking was the proximity to Yale campus. It was perfect, 3 blocks away. Quiet building with helpful residents when asked questions. It is an older building. The unit has some great updates in the kitchen and bath that fit the space and make it more functional and inviting. Will definitely stay again!

This is our second stay at this location. The place is clean and comfortable, and in a great East Rock location. Look forward to another stay.

The place was small but well supplied, the location was absolutely perfect with a quick walk to the beautiful beach, and Peter was a friendly and helpful host. Definitely recommend!

Shelley’s place is absolutely perfect! The apartment was exceptionally clean, with a nice layout, a large kitchen, and comfortable mattresses and furniture. The place is an excellent bargain and far more comfortable than your average AirBnB these days. Shelley is also delightful and very responsive. Cannot recommend it enough!

If we don't give a good review, can we keep this to ourselves?! Patti was a perfect host; the views were fantastic, whether from the outdoor porch or inside through the French doors looking out on the water. Access to the small beach and pool were excellent and we were close to several good restaurants (many of which Patti suggested, including some on the water) for take-out during the pandemic. Wifi was great and everything was very clean and as advertised. We generally fly for vacations and long weekends but had to stay closer to home this year and this was a perfect choice.

Ildiko was very friendly and proactive. Her place was very clean and in a great location just a few minutes away from downtown Southhampton. She had plenty of linens and towels. The best part were the toys she had which my kids couldn't get enough of! Thank you Ildiko!

Erica and Janson's place was perfect for our group of eight to attend a wedding in the Hamptons. You cannot get closer to the North Ferry to Shelter Island and there are many restaurant and shopping options within walking distance... the pizza place next door is open late, PORT restaurant (across the street!) is great for waterfront drinks and dinner. While we didn't use it, the LIRR station from Manhattan is also 500 feet from the front door. Ample parking was appreciated and the place was spotless. Thank you Erica and Janson!

Amazing location and piece area everything is good

Daniela was a great host! The home is a real home and you feel comfortable as soon as you step in. The kitchen has every item needed to cook. The basement playroom was amazing! The yard is spacious and well decorated. We enjoyed days swimming in the pool and lounging outside. If we had any questions, Daniela was a message away. We would be so happy to stay here again.

Roberta's beautiful home was the perfect place for our group of 4 to stay for our girls' weekend. The house was spotless and just as represented in the pictures. The beds were so comfy, and there were many thoughtful touches throughout the house that added to our enjoyment during our stay. The house was in a perfect location on a quiet, safe street and we truly loved everything about it.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house and property are beautiful and the beds very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with everything needed to prepare meals. And the pool and the gym were huge bonuses! Close to town and beaches. The host provided detailed instructions and responded promptly to all our questions. We would definitely return!

We arrived to a beautiful home in a beautiful neighborhood. It was a very short walk to a picturesque, tiny village filled with interesting stores and a pleasant way to spend the afternoon. The house was very large, very clean with every amenity. My only regret was not renting it in the summer when we could’ve used What appeared to be a gorgeous pool and backyard. Thank you, Justin for sharing your home away from home with us during the Christmas season. I highly recommend this home.

This is a great house on Shelter Island. Our family loved the pool and the basement TV room. The host was accommodating and responsive. Highly recommend!

Kevin was an incredible kind, welcoming and responsive host. The home is everything and more than we could wish for in a rental. It is cozy and comfortable. Kevin spared no expense to outfit the home with tasteful furniture, bedding, housewares. It was a real treat and we will be back soon.
