Andy & Rosie are great hosts, very friendly & approachable but also, very respectful of your privacy. Little Fisher Farm is set within a very quiet, peaceful rural setting, & the sunsets from the private patio are a sight to behold…absolutely breathtaking! The lodge is stocked with everything you could possibly need for a very comfortable stay. Comfy bed, all breakfast essentials supplied & a lovely hamper of goodies to snack away on…not forgetting the complementary bottle of vino to pour up & sip whilst watching those magical sunsets! The hot tub was an added extra that we paid to enjoy & we’re so glad we did! It was great to come back to after a day exploring the beautiful area of West Sussex.

We have just returned from an amazing stay at the House at Ryde Sands. The views from the lounge and master bedroom are STUNNING! The house was very clean and tidy and well equipped. I honestly don’t think we could have found anywhere better to stay. Thank you Beth & Scott xx

Travelled to Island for my wife’s aunts 80th birthday and 60th wedding anniversary celebrations. House was just as described, clean, spacious, comfortable and ideally located for seafront and high street. Extremely well equipped kitchen plus welcoming items including sourdough , butter, preservatives , milk, orange juice and shortbread. Spacious lounge with planting of seating. My wife and daughter loved the soaps, shower gels and fresh smells in the bathrooms. I thoroughly recommend this property and would re book if returning to the Island Tips: Grab the double room on 3rd floor if you prefer medium to soft mattress and watching tv in bed! We felt the middle bedroom mattresses were a bit on the hard side for us personally but this would not stop me from rating this property 10/10.

It was a real pleausre to stay, for the second time, at Emily's house in Bembridge - which served as a great launchpad for a half-term jaunt in the Isle of Wight. I'm looking forward to our return visit!

Roxanne was so helpful in accommodating us for a last minute request and making sure we could check in early with our baby. We had a wonderful stay and felt right at home. It was well equipped with everything we needed, even toys for our little girl! The location was great being right next to the beach and the caravan site was very quiet. Roxanne was very responsive to any questions we had and all instructions were very clear. We were just gutted we only got to stay for one night, so will definitely be returning or trying one of the other caravans out ☺️ Thank you again Roxanne and for your lovely caravan! X

Had a great stay at the Osiers in both Lucky’s and adjoining Silhouette, Stables. Well equipped, squeaky clean and comfortable and accommodated ages 5 to 75yrs with ease. Responsive, helpful and friendly host. Both indoor and outdoor spaces are excellent with the hot tubs, bbq and outdoor fire a real bonus. Found plenty to do outdoors locally for a week with mixed weather. Everyone loved Kingley Vale walk and views.

Jessica’s home was well equipped tidy and very comfortable. We had a. Amazing time as 2 family’s with 4 children from 7 months to 9 years old. The outdoor space was beautiful, the children enjoyed the trampoline and slide and the bunk bed in particular was a hit with the boys. I recommend this house for those looking for a peaceful base to explore the South Downs and surrounding areas.

Absolutely excellent stay! The house was spotlessly clean, and we truly appreciated the owner's trust – it felt like we were borrowing a cherished family home. Stepping into the kitchen was a joy; it was exceptionally well-stocked with all the extras you need to cook, including a generous selection of herbs, spices, oil, pasta, and rice. Plus plenty of milk, butter, etc, endless list of provisions. While we ended up dining out each evening (twice at the very friendly Anchor Bleu, just a short walk away!), the kitchen's readiness was much appreciated. There are two beautiful bathrooms, one on each floor (sadly no en suite). The ground floor offered a convenient walk-in shower, and the upstairs had a lovely bath with a handheld spray. We were also impressed by the abundance of towels, toiletries, toilet rolls, etc. Also a breathtaking collection of books throughout the house. Heaven for book lovers! We would highly recommend this property for a comfortable and delightful stay.

Had a lovely stay in Arundel. This apartment was in easy walking distance of the train station and the town was very close too with lots of nice walks and cafes/restaurants. The apartment was a decent size, the bed comfy and it was nice to have access to the outdoor patio and garden. Joanne was very friendly and helpful. While I was visiting the wi-fi was not the best but I was able to work for most of the time that I needed to. Would recommend!

My daughter and I had a lovely stay at The Old Cooks House. It was cosy, clean and comfortable. The beds were great and we both slept well on all nights. Jackie had left a plethora of goodies for us for breakfast and snacking and she was really helpful in guiding us to places to eat out. It was a lovely break.

Lovely long weekend visiting with friends was made even nicer thanks to this cottage. We enjoyed the garden and our children loved all the space to run and play in.

A fabulous place! I stayed with my wife and two children (4 and 2) and couldn’t recommend it more. The accommodation was perfect, it’s private, quiet, clean and has everything you need. A well organised pool house, with a kitchen and clean amenities you need. The pool and hot tub was a great addition that the children loved. The house is set in a quiet residential area that was perfect for exploring Winchester and Paultons/Peppa Pig World. Stephanie and her husband were attentive, polite and communicative if we needed anything. Made the 3 nights stay very easy, enjoyable and relaxing. Highly recommend.

We stayed for a long weekend in this lovely accommodation. Everything was perfect, clean, and the amenities were so lovely. The kids loved the pool which was definitely a highlight. David was around to answer questions and any questions we had were replied to very quickly when they were not on site. We had such a lovely time and will definitely be returning!

We absolutely loved staying at Tatiana’s penthouse, it was stunning inside and out, the photos of the penthouse are beautiful but honestly it’s even more beautiful in real life. We didn’t want to leave and will definitely be returning. It was the perfect place to be to celebrate my 40th Birthday. And Tatiana was an amazing host, thank you again for a lovely stay.

Becci's flat is very special as the whole place has been lovingly created to be unique. We felt that specialness straight away. The living area is lovely and sunny, with a view across to the pub car park and beyond, with visible trees. When we got there we found everything we'd need for the first 24hours self-catering, and more! It's really close to the sort of local little shop which stocks almost anything you'd want, and a supermarket. Just round the corner is the village green with picnic tables etc. If you, like us, like art ... there is a gallery under the the flat, and at the St Barbe museum in Lymington. If you really love art, then go to the fabulous (free) galleries at the Palais des Vaches. It's only open at weekends. It has grassy walks down to the river with views towards Buckler's Hard. On Sundays you can buy food. For bird lovers there is a hide at Sturt Pond nearly the lighthouse restaurant on the beach, or go to Keyhaven and follow the coastal road.

We had a lovely time in this cosy and spotlessly clean ground floor garden flat. The flat is well equipped and located in an exceptionally nice area. At this time of year we very much enjoyed the log fire at night. We fell in love with the New Forest which we explored on bikes. We also very much enjoyed a meal at the local pub The Filly which is 2 minutes away on foot. Thank you very much to Cazzy and Fred for being great hosts.

we really enjoyed our stay at Alexia''s place. it was better in person than the photos. really lovely space to relax. the hot tub was amazing and we had everything we needed. the bed was really comfortable and nice little gifts in the kitchen left for guests for breakfast/introduction. Alexia is a very helpful host who met us on arrival and explained all we needed to know. would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in this area.

It was our first time staying in an air bnb so was not sure what to expect but this place exceeded all expectations. Such a lovely little cabin and well kept. Extra touches like a fire pit on the decking were lovely. Thank you for such a lovely stay

Exactly what we needed. A lovely spot surrounded by woodland. The cabin was warm, spacious and nicely decorated (lots of William Morris, which I love!). It was well stocked with all the amenities listed and more. The BBQ and fire pit proved a wonderful way to wile away an evening or two.

We had a wonderful stay at Jen and Matts. Such a beautiful and peaceful location - we did the walk to the Black Horse pub which was really nice and had a really great stay.

The Potager was perfect for our long weekend stay. Situated in a beautiful location and very peaceful. Ideal place to stay for those who like the outdoors with plenty of walking/running/cycling routes starting right outside the door. The accommodation was spotlessly clean throughout and tastefully furnished and decorated. All the amenities we needed for a weekend stay were available and in good order. Katie was welcoming and friendly throughout the weekend and gave many recommendations on places to visit or where to eat. Very much enjoyed our stay and will definitely look to return to the Potager (or the Coop) at some point soon.

Another lovely stay at the cabin - we’ve stayed 3 times now. Janie and Paul always make us feel very welcome and were great at sorting out a little problem that we had during our stay, with very quick communication/response time. Will absolutely be back again for another stay.

This place is incredible and exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were really impressed!! Edd has gone above and beyond to ensure every detail is perfect, from the cozy yet stylish decor to the well-stocked kitchens with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The location was ideal, offering a peaceful retreat in what feels like the absolute middle of nowhere. Communication with Edd was spot on, and I would wholeheartedly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a perfect getaway—it was absolutely amazing!

An absolutely wonderful and tranquil stay here. The cosy cabin provided the perfect place to hunker away over the Easter period - it was well equipped with lots of lovely little touches such as the delicious lemon drizzle cake that awaited us and the scenery from our deck was glorious - we particularly enjoyed scenic walks in the day, evenings nestled by the firepit, and the hot outside bath at night. Frank, along with his team member Niahm, were great hosts - very responsive and welcoming. We highly recommend Firesyde and can't wait to come back. Thank you!
