Stay in late summer & you may be lucky enough to watch the young fawns playing while you enjoy your morning coffee and breakfast.

This basement apartment is situated 500 meters from southsea beach, canoe lake and south parade pier. The perfect seaside holiday for a family or couple. Our apartment offers a king size bed as well as a double sofa bed so could accommodate a family nicely, travel cot also available. The kitchen includes an oven, microwave and fridge if you fancy eating in however southsea has an array of eatery’s for you to explore all within walking distance from the apartment.

Enjoy views over Chichester Harbour, to the Witterings, Chichester Cathedral, the South Downs etc. Wittering Sands is on the lagoon facing Hayling Island Sailing Club, a 5 minute walk.
