Beautiful and secluded spot. Cosy and the hot tub was so lovely in the evenings.

What an amazing weekend my friends and I had at Fallow Lodge! It was exactly the getaway we needed. The lodge is set in a stunning location, and the accommodation and facilities were absolutely perfect. Communication with the host was excellent, and the recommendations provided were really helpful. We made the most of the hot tub, enjoyed meals outside on the terrace and picnic table, and relaxed in the cosy lounge and kitchen area. We also took a trip to the nearby town of Stamford for a day out, which we highly recommend. Thank you, Rachel, for being such a fantastic host. We can’t wait to return!

We had a lovely stay. The location was very peaceful and in beautiful countryside. Great for walks with the dog. Hot tub was a perfect way to relax. We would definitely visit again.

I loved it so much I have booked to go again, disappointed that the prices are higher. However it was the perfect break that I needed.

Just had a tranquil weekend stay at the log cabin. It was clean, comfortable, peaceful and laid back. Plenty of wildlife to spot, dog and family all relaxed.

Great host and great place in a fantastic location.

Booked for a 2 night stay and was perfect for a very relaxing time. Very easy to find in a beautiful little village. The instructions for getting in was perfect and great parking close to the lodge. The lodge was very clean and simple inside perfect for what we wanted. lots of room inside for the two of us and a Newfoundland dog and must say he really enjoyed his stay here also. The lodge is in the grounds of the Greenman pub this is a real bonus as the pub is a beautiful English pub with fantastic food and staff who made us feel really welcome it really is worth eating here and having a chat with the locals just how a pub should be good beer great food and lovely people thank you. 1 great thing about staying here is you step out straight into the countryside with gorgeous walks which me and the dog enjoyed. Very comfortable cabin in a lovely secluded position

We had a wonderful stay — place was exactly as described: clean, comfortable, and in a great and peaceful location.

No better way to celebrate our moms 76th birthday weekend. Beautiful to wake up to such a beautiful location, made all the better that the sun was actually shining! The listing location was exactly how described, and it was clean, and comfortable. Julian was responsive and very helpful with all of our enquiries. Already looking to book again later in the year. Finding the lodge was easy, but only if you use the post code and directions Rebecca sends. If you use your Sat Nav you will never find the lodge. Rebecca responded quickly to messages and although we didn't meet, I felt she was a lovely host. The area is very quiet and great for walking, either with or without dogs. The lodge was comfortable, clean and a good base for the Derbyshire dales. We would love to stay here again. Thank you Rebecca x.

Brilliant amenities in the cabin, felt very spacious! Loved the rewilding, enjoyed the woodland walk and watching the trains (not noisy, don’t worry!). We can recommend Belton House, walk between Woolthorpe and Belvoir Castle and Mannakin Hall! Hope to stay here again : )

Lovely hosts. Lovely accommodation with so many added extra touches. The mattress itself is worth the stay! Ha. Like sleeping on a cloud. Thank you! ☺️

great value, campsite is lovely. house is as described in ad and by other reviewers. don't expect a beautiful flat, but for the cost it worked great for our family of four

Absolutely stunning place. Everyone was friendly, the cabin was super clean and the decor was gorgeous. The view of the fishing lake was beautiful. The information book was really informative. Hot tub was on and ready on our arrival.

The cottage was amazing as well as the hot tub!! They provided towels, and body wash which was great! They also provided coffee and tea facilities, with an added brucey bonus of a bottle of wine. Which was a great touch. We would definitely recommend 👌

The cabin was lovely and cosy and in a beautiful location. Stunning views and so peaceful. Sat on the patio with a coffee in the morning listening to the birds incredible. The log fire made the evenings in the cabin lovely and cosy.

A really lovely little getaway, the restaurant nearby was great and took us around 25 mins to walk to. Within 20-30 min drive from all the great hiking destinations
