cute private little house close to a beautiful beach. house had everything we needed. would stay here again!

We experienced Nicole’s summer home this year for our annual friends group vacation and we will absolutely be back. The home is expansive and has plenty of room to socialize as well as have time to one’s self. The heated pool is a delight and the grounds are well taken care of. There are wonderful views from almost every window in the home and a great east coast vacation town with plenty of things to do is only a few minutes away by car. Highly recommend Nicole and her hospitality

The property was perfect for our Team who was in town for a tournament. Host was responsive and very helpful. Would recommend for any group of any kind.

The home is rustic and some windows could use replacing but the deck is perfect and the views from there incredible. The upstairs bedrooms and bath are really lovely. The main floor is roomy; the kitchen, well stocked. If you are looking for tranquil, birdsong and tides, this is your place.

I had a wonderful stay! The property was clean and incredibly comfortable. Honestly, the listing doesn't do justice to how well-equipped the place is – it had everything we needed and more. The location is peaceful, and Deer Island is absolutely beautiful. Tanya was a fantastic host, always responsive and very caring, ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our stay. An older cottage with limited frills, but absolutely perfect. Beautiful surroundings, great fire pit and decks/screen room. The stars at night were breathtaking. No complaints

Will definitely come back .. a lovely old house in a very quiet street just made our stay so relaxing .. kitchen was well equipped. Dennis even brought wood and paper to light a fire outside ., I would highly recommend this place .. 👍

It was a great place with a lot of amenities. An older house that has been updated with care. The town was very user friendly and even in the winter there are many activities to keep busy without having to stand in line. Highly recommend St Andrew by the Sea.

One of the best Airbnb's we stayed in! Charming and well equipped classic older home totally renovated to perfection! Gorgeous kitchen, compy beds, wood stove that worked perfectly, well located with beautiful views! Overall a super experience! We miss it already!

This is a beautiful Airbnb on Deer Island. The views of the water are panoramic and the gated, two-level wrap around decks are great for relaxing and for children. There is plenty of space for a large group. Pretty amazing to sit out and spot seals and herons. Highly recommend!

Jennifer's place was very nice and felt just like home, great location. st andrews is such a beautiful historic town and the charcoal grill was a really nice touch! 10/10 would stay again!

Five stars plus!!! Lisa was an excellent host. She communicated clear check-in instructions, provided various local recommendations, followed up after we arrived, and gave us several very thoughtful welcoming gifts. Lisa's place is spotlessly clean, felt like home, and has an absolutely gorgeous view. The deck is perfect for a morning coffee or evening beverage. Walks on the beach right out the back yard felt like having the ocean all to myself.

great stay as always and again, sssooo much space and bedrooms for such a great price. top spot for large groups or just someone who wants a nice private space.

Union House was the perfect spot for our family. It was truly a home away from home experience. The house was clean and comfortable and had lots to entertain our kids (age 1-7). The location was very convenient to everything in St. Stephen, for zipping over to St. Andrew’s (the best playground ever), and also for hopping over to Maine. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a thanksgiving dinner. “I keep forgetting this is not our home.”- 5yo “Can this be our new home?” -7yo Joel was responsive and helpful (lots of great suggestions for things to do). We are already planning a return visit.

We have stayed here before a couple years back and would absolutely stay again! It’s such a lovely spot, with lots of useful amenities and cozy little touches that make the place unique and extra enjoyable. The location is great, the price is very fair, and the hosts are easy to get in touch with and very responsive and friendly. Thanks for another fantastic stay!
