I still can’t get over the amazing view (especially with the foliage in October). Convenient to St Andrew’s and just an overall perfect house for a relaxing get away weekend. Our 3 and 6 year olds loved exploring the beach and the toys and puzzles and we loved drinking coffee watching the sunrise. Highly recommend!

Staying at Sharon’s feels like being at home. So cozy and comfy and the community is very welcoming to all new comers. Glad to have been able to stay again!

We were very glad we decided to choose this cabin for our weekend getaway. It had all of the basics we needed for making our meals during our stay; the bed was very comfortable; the cabin was very clean and the hot tub was the perfect bonus. We would not hesitate to come back here again in the future.

We only stayed two nights at Cassie and Dave’s beautiful lake house, but immediately felt right at home. The hosts were very friendly and helpful and the cottage was pristine with a lovely setup. We took so many photos of the changing skies from the back deck. The lake is very peaceful and quiet. Since we visited in April, we didn’t get a chance to go swimming in the lake, which has a sandy beach entry point, but we did get to enjoy the super clean hot tub! We brought our two dogs and they had a fun time too! The hosts left a number of helpful amenities, including some snacks and Easter candy! Thanks again, Cassie and Dave, for the warm welcome and for sharing this special spot! p.s. Five Kings in downtown St. Stephen’s has excellent food and is worth checking out!

David & Heather’s place was excellent for our family gathering. The house is very clean and well appointed. Location was very close to town, an easy walk away. Highly recommend.

This is our second stay and we had such an enjoyable weekend! I thought the hot tub was going to be the highlight of our trip and, while it was definitely in the top 2, it was the layout of the kitchen/dining area that was the highlight for us. There was space for us to all be together without feeling cramped. The wide open concept is perfect! I absolutely love this place and will be a return customer for as long as you are open to rentals.

The location was perfect! The fenced in yard was great for our 6 & 8 year old to play without us worrying about where they were. The beach is beautiful, the boys learned how to skip stones. The apartment was spacious and well furnished, and was spotless! We definitely enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend for anyone looking for a quiet getaway.

It was the perfect place to celebrate my 40th birthday weekend with a few friends! Right from the start we were made to feel welcome with a welcome basket with everything we needed for smores including fire starters and sticks in addition to nice handwritten note. We all loved the cottage inside with more than enough room for both kids and adults to relax or play games, sleep and eat supper. Outside was also great with the bbq, fire pit, propane fire table, especially at night with the amazing stars!), yard games and of course the beautiful lake especially with the leaves at this time of year! We enjoyed the kayaks, paddle boards and a little swimming repeatedly including the last morning after the hosts graciously allowed us to check out a couple hour later! We, especially the kids, also enjoyed the visits from a very friendly pug the hosts had told us would likely drop by. All in all I highly recommend staying at Shore Thing Cottage! We will definitely consider coming back!

Tracy’s Maces Bay home was exactly that! A very comfortable and “feel right at home” home. It was stocked with amenities including all types of coffee and tea, which are often not found. The refurbished bathroom is beautiful as well as the sunroom. The view of the tides going in and out is amazing. Tracy was a great hostess and accommodated a great stay at very short notice. We also enjoyed the deer in the yard. A trip to St John’s to see the reversing falls was interesting, as well as eating lobster and wild blueberries nearby.
