The Lodge at Spring Farm Alpacas
"The Lodge" is a beautifully finished self contained holiday let in the middle of a working alpaca farm with over 100 alpacas and llamas grazing in wildflower meadows surrounding The Lodge. The Lodge is fully equipped with modern facilities. Tastefully decorated, fully insulated and centrally heated, The Lodge is perfect for peace and tranquillity whilst maintaining every creature comfort. We have also added a patio with table and bench seating to better appreciate the surroundings and alpacas!

Hot Tub: There is an extra fee of £125 per booking if you would like to use the hot tub. Enjoy a luxurious and peaceful stay in our modern penthouse apartment. You will be overlooking the iconic Brighton coastline in both directions, and with easy access to central Brighton and the surrounding countryside, it’s the perfect place to base yourself for a relaxing getaway. The apartment offers spectacular sea views from each of the three generously sized double bedrooms as well as the living area.

Riverbank Retreat is a cosy unique wooden cabin nestled on the riverbank of the River Adur. It is situated in the country's smallest RSPB bird reserve and is the perfect place to get away and relax. The cabin is fully self contained and guests will have all they need to enjoy their stay! On your doorstep you will find the ever changing scenery of the river estuary, the wildlife, walks in the South Downs. The picturesque town of Shoreham by Sea is nearby, and the beach is a 1 minute walk away.

Well equipped with a self-contained kitchen and bathroom, this spacious apartment has 2 double bedrooms, and beautiful dining and lounge areas with panoramic views of nature. Perfect for bird watchers or nature enthusiasts, or those wanting quick access to the beautiful yet secluded Sussex Coastline. A truly beautiful space!

Emoyeni, a perfect spot for a relaxed staycation!
Emoyeni is a private, self-contained annexe with its own entrance situated alongside our home. It is a small but modern studio space with kitchen/lounge area, large comfortable bed and compact shower room with sink and toilet. It comfortably sleeps 2 guests and is the perfect base for a couple on a relaxed staycation to explore West Sussex or a home away from home if you are travelling to Worthing for work. Note- we don’t feel our space is suitable for young children and infants.

This deluxe, dedicated two-bedroom accommodation is light, fresh and airy. A great base to relax in the garden and games room or explore Sussex, Kent and beyond. Situated is in a quiet cul-de-sac with lovely country walks on your doorstep. Also you are within easy driving distance of Ashdown Forest, the South Downs the coast, the Bluebell Railway and several National Trust properties. Buxted train station, offers easy access for shopping in the local town and is a direct line to London.

Hi,we have a large,spacious,bright and airy bungalow which is all open plan and great for entertaining. There is also a conservatory which can be opened up into the garden which is south facing and views onto the Downs a short walk away. There is space for 2 cars in the drive and others right outside in the close. The kingsize room is ensuite with the double having its own bathroom across the hall. Easy access from the A27 and bus 5B into Brighton make this the perfect holiday home.

This stunning East wing annex with private access is located within a previous historic Pub that is now within a family home. Stunning marina side views to watch the sunrise whilst sipping a coffee. Stunning double bedroom with a stylish newly installed ensuite. Nestled conveniently in between Brighton & Shoreham, with regular train & bus services right on the doorstep, guests have plenty of options for exploring the local beauty spots, beaches & the wider Brighton & Sussex area.

Immaculate & Comfortable Seaside/South Downs Home
Light, airy and immaculate, but very comfortable, with 2 private parking spaces directly outside. Cosy sitting room with a wood burning stove and french doors leading to a modern garden with corner sofa and a separate table for alfresco dining. The house is very comfortable, for both families or groups, as both double bedrooms have their own bathroom and there is a third loo downstairs. The kitchen is open plan and fitted with all appliances to make your stay a home from home.

Luxury Park Residence with Sea Views
The property is a loft conversion on the first floor of our bungalow. It offers spacious open plan living area and is perfect for couples. Please give us the heads up to know if you need the sofa bed (there is a charge of 25.00 to cover our extra laundry costs). We welcome all couples of every gender type and combination. We are an anti racist business and we are proud of our super inclusive town. We aim to make this inclusiveness the hallmark of our Airbnb. :-)
