A couple of days by the seaside was what we wanted and the chalet fitted the bill perfectly. The chalet is bijou but perfect for the 3 of us. Location a stones throw away from the sprawling beach a winner and perfect for the dog. Best fish and chips over the road at Beach Fish & Chips and a lovely pint in The Sailors Home. So easy to get to both Lowestoft and Southwold. Will definitely return.

Lovely stay in a cosy, comfortable caravan. We were visiting family in the area so spent very little time there but when we did it was perfect for our needs and very well equipped. It suited our needs perfectly and we will hope to be able to book again when visiting my family. Thanks Paul!

Had a lovely couple of days here with our dog. We wanted a nice relaxing time with lots of walks and it definitely delivered. The proximity and private access to beach was a huge plus that we used a lot. The chalet was clean, tidy and had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend

Wonderful house with great sea views. The location was in close proximity to all the shops, pubs, restaurants and pier. Lovely host, extremely good communication and made sure everything ran smoothly. 100% recommendation.

The caravan was lovely and immaculately clean. Stayed in Felixstowe over Easter to visit family. Perfect place to stay with my husband, daughter, grandson and dog. Can’t thank Caroline enough. Highly recommend.

A beautifully furnished cottage in the older and quieter part of town in Caister, within easy reach of supermarkets, the beach and places to eat. It was perfect for two of us using it as a base to vist my family and old haunts from years ago. The cottage has everything you need for a stay, even including info leaflets about local activities. It has a good amount of space for eating and relaxing for three people. Having really enjoyed our stay we highly recommend it and hope to come again.

We just spent one night at the location as we were travelling on the ferry to Europe. Everything was great and we were very happy with the accommodation and communication. Thank you.

Everything was amazing the house was like the photos,a lot of toys for kids and books,5 min from the beach..Andzelika was very helpful and nice..

Debbie was a great host, very quick to respond to any messages. The property had everything we needed, lovely bathroom, comfy beds, fully equipped kitchen and nice outside seating space. The site has a lovely clubhouse where we enjoyed great food, we also enjoyed food at the pub and chinese which are both just across the road! Lol As is a lovely little village shop that stocks everything you could think of!

The caravan was spotlessly clean and situated in a quiet place, it is a short walk to the unspoilt beach, the local fish and chips and the local pub, The Jolly Sailors, served first class food

Place was really nice. Great location with easy access to the swimming pool.

wonderful little stay amanda and david were great hosts. the area is perfect for a little trip which we had and lots to do for the adults and littles one nice little community feel with the shop and fish n chips being so local and welcoming the chalet itself is lovely and charming, the space is very snug and spread out enough so that you dont feel on top of each other the hosts have a nice information pack which we found very useful. hosts were perfect, let us know we could check in early, and communicated clearly on anything they needed before or after check out very friendly and responsive. will definitely be back David

We had a wonderful short break. Penny is a fabulous host. The chalet is a well thought out, flexible space. It is clean and comfortable, with a great kitchen. We had a lovely time exploring the local area; beaches, farm shops. We cant wait to return!

Ideal location for us and our Cockapoo quiet near to the sea and within walking distance of some pubs and places to eat. The Chalet was very clean and parking was easy so would happily stay again

Had a fantastic stay; spotlessly clean and the beds were very comfortable: very well equipped Kitchen with everything you need. We will be back!

I surprised my Mother for Mother’s Day and booked the beach hut, we all loved it! Great location to get to, unload and park. Johnathan’s cafe ‘The Dip’ is only yards away which is lovely, and a toilet block. The hut is decorated really well, with lots of things to look at from decor, to books, to nostalgic board games and so on. Great facilities too, to make a cuppa, have a glass of fizz, plates, cutlery, utensils, blankets, comfy seating with cushions, outdoor seats, table and parasol, the list goes on! Lovely spot to sit outside or be cosy in the hut. We will definitely be booking again! Love it!

We had a very comfortable and relaxing stay at Terry’s mobile home. The mobile home was dog friendly with a nice enclosed decking area perfect for sitting in the sunshine whilst knowing our dog was safe! The mobile home had everything you could need, including a dishwasher and washing machine, Nice comfortable sofas and beds. The only thing we could suggest to improve the stay would be black out binds or curtains in the bedrooms, but that’s us being really picky and liking a little lie in! The mobile home was spotless on arrival, and Terry was excellent at communicating with us. We will definitely be back :)

What an amazing place. Everything was exactly as described and very clean. We were able to fit 3 cars in the courtyard with a bit of juggling about. It did mean the outdoor space was not usable but with the weather being cold that was not a problem. We were a family gathering so my wife and I stayed in the Dinky which meant we could escape from the grandchildren and had peace and quiet! The only small niggle was the picture in the lounge at the bottom of the stairs. Our 4 year old grand daughter decided the main character was Jesus but I could only count 10 disciples, despite looking at it for some time. I am not going to comment any more as it would spoil the surprise for any future guests. Toby kindly left some essentials, flowers, wine, milk and biscuits which was very kind. We would definitely recommend it to everyone.

Stayed at Mike and Vicky’s annex for 2 nights and I’m glad I didn’t choose anywhere else to stay. The annex was super clean and tidy and very homely. We were welcomed with a handwritten card from Mike and Vicky along with chocolate and a small bottle of wine. We were provided with a full booklet of information on best restaurants, activities to do etc along with helpful information about check out time and use of the amenities. The annex was situated less than 3mins walk away from the beach as described with lovely food places along the costal path. We had 2 good nights sleep in the large comfy bed and we were provided with face masks and other skincare bits for a bit of a pamper session. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend to others!!

This is our second visit. We love the bungalow and the area. Great Yarmouth is only 10 minute drive. The bungalow has a seaview and beach is a 2 minute walk down the cliff. Hemsby beach to the left and calorfornia and caister to the right. Nice walks along the beach.

We chose Sinead’s house for its proximity to the beach and got so much more! The house is charming, a small cottage but perfect for us with two small children and the interiors and furniture was so lovely. Everything was carefully considered from the kitchen utensils to the children’s board games and puzzles. The bedding was cosy and the sheets and towels were soft and smelt of fresh laundry. It’s opposite a tasty fish ‘n chip shop which made dinner out of the papers on the beach so fun and tasty. There was so much to do close by and Sinead’s welcome guide was incredible - so clear and informative for everything in the house and what to do close by. I had a few questions and she got straight back to me. My family and I had a really special time - I couldn’t recommend the host and house enough!
