No.3 is a self-contained property which was the extension of the original farm cottage built in 1907, now part of the hosts’ residence (number 4). It has it’s own separate access off a quiet unclassified road leading out of the village of Winterborne Whitechurch with off-road parking. The property has been adapted to provide all the comforts for a quiet enjoyable stay but public transport is infrequent so a car is recommended.

The Garden House Okeford Fitzpaine Dorset

**PLEASE BE AWARE** During March , April and May 2026 there is ground works taking place installing drainage to the site next door. This may cause noise disruption on weekdays only between 8am and 4pm. The Garden House is a restored spacious 2 bedroom former 19th century Coach house, situated in the centre of an attractive rural village in the heart of the rolling North Dorset countryside.
