Ihr werdet die schöne Maisonette mit Blick über die Gebirge von Gorski Kotar lieben. Die Wohnung befindet sich in der 2019 neu gebauten und ruhig gelegenen „kvanerska-vila“. Sie verfügt über eine gute Autobahn- und Busanbindung (z.B. um Opatija, die Plitvica Seen oder das Stadtzentrum zu erreichen). Zum Strand benötigt man mit dem Auto nur 10 Minuten.
