Quiet top floor flat, five minutes from the Metro. Very convenient for the Universities and just a short walk from Wylam Brewery.🍻 No cleaning fee, free parking. Not suitable for children or for people who make a lot of noise. Definitely no parties. Please respect the other people who live in this building - especially at night! Heaton has been recognised as one of the best places in the UK to live according to The Times. The flat is located opposite a fantastic coffee shop and a well-stocked corner shop. The number 1 bus stop is right outside and leaves every 10 mins making it really easy to get to town.
