We were travelling as a group of 9, including 2 teenagers and 2 children under 10, and this villa accommodated us all perfectly. There was ample space to socialise or enjoy quiet moments apart, striking the ideal balance. The top-of-the-line kitchen facilities gave us the option to stay in, and with groceries delivered, we could easily store a week’s worth of food. The high-tech TVs kept the younger ones entertained with their favourite shows. The rear of the villa, with its stunning sea view, is slightly off south-facing so the garden has plenty of sunlight for sunbathing, while the pool stays shaded until lunchtime, perfect for the kids who played for hours in the morning. Croatia’s landscape is breathtaking, and from the villa, you can enjoy views of both the sea and hills. It’s the nicest villa on the hill and truly felt like a home from home. The team have done an excellent job, and we can’t wait to return. We highly recommend this villa for a perfect stay!

We decided to spend my mums 60th in Croatia and loved the villa that we chose. We were travelling as a big family and Marija did well in accommodating us all. We were picked up at the airport and shown around the villa. The Villa looked just like the pictures, it was clean and we loved the pool and bbq. Marija was very responsive to any questions we had and was able to offer some good recommendations. The distance to the old town was great especially travelling as a big family. Definitely would stay here again.

Katica and her family were excellent hosts. We were a group of 11 on a stag weekend. We were given taxi rides to and from the airport. The accommodation was just perfect for our needs. We were left alone to enjoy our time yet Katica was available should we need her for recommendations. A great hospitable host were we were made to feel welcome. Thank you Katica and family

10/10 for everything! This place was amazing and we would highly recommend for larger groups. We were 11 people and it still felt spacious and has plenty of bathrooms. Ela was the best air bnb host I have ever dealt with, extremely helpful and kind. The pool and outdoor area is very well maintained and the bbq out the back was a real bonus. You can get Ubers into split for about €15 which was really handy and the local village has two food shops & some great restaurants. We particularly liked the Familia restaurant! Thank you for the best week, we will be back :)

I have celebrated my birthday at the villa and our experience exceeded any expectations. The villa is stunning, beautifully decorated, private, spotless clean, with short walking distance to the sea and local restaurants. It’s only a short drive to Split or Trogir. But what made our stay unforgettable is the host! Edita made us feel home, helped with any questions and recommendations, anything we needed was given to us instantly. She greeted us with a delicious birthday cake, cookies and juice, which was a wow moment. She is so accommodating, attentive and caring that I can’t imagine a better host. I would totally recommend her and her villa to everyone as experience with Edita is worth every cent you’ve spent. And we will be happy to come back again!

We highly recommend Toni's place to stay in Split. We were two families of 4 adults and 5 young adults/teens and the place was ideal for our group. It was perfectly set up for either two separate families or, like us, a group of adults and a group of teens. It's essentially two separate apartments on two floors with the added bonus of a third floor with its own bedroom and bathroom. The house has very modern appliances including a washing machine on each floor which was very handy. Split is a very difficult city to have a car so if you have driven to Split as we did, this house is really awesome because it has a driveway that can accommodate two cars with tandem parking. We were greeted on arrival and given a tour of the house which was very helpful and assured us that if we had an issue, we can contact the owner but we had no issues whatsoever during our stay. We would highly recommend this house to anyone seeking accommodations in Split.

Absolutely stunning. The love put into the Green Dream can be felt both inside and outside. Simply fantastic garden, stunning decor inside. Great for all ages. Easy access to restaurants and Split. We hope to be back. Thanks so much to Ana for letting us open the season and feeding us an amazing traditional dinner.

This is a beautiful villa with a lovely pool, plenty of space and every amenity you could need for a relaxing holiday. Well off the beaten track so would recommend a car. Karlo and his father were great hosts and we would definitely stay here again.

We are so glad we got to connect with Vernesa and Denisa! They made our stay very enjoyable and went above and beyond to make sure we were having the best stay ever. They really worked hard, which was very much appreciated. They even upgraded the Wifi while we were there, and it's now SUPER Fast, over 300mbps - so important for us working online. We fell in love with the home and stayed a total of 65 nights, and the only thing we didn't get to experience was the pool as we were there in Winter. The area has an entire community of cats and dogs, which was entertaining for our dog Shadow. Just 10 minutes away, we became members of the Hotel President Spa, which was recommended by Vernesa and Denisa and was such a good investment for us every morning with Sauna and steam. They spoiled us with gifts, and we became friends. This place is perfect for people who want to care for a home and feel welcome and warm. We will be back here, and I am looking forward to it - See you soon guys 🥳

Hôte très accueillant, logement très propre tout étais parfait. Seul petit point faible un peu loin du centre mais très pratique en UBER, et aussi en vélo ou en bus Supérette à proximité

Een hele mooie villa, op 18 minuten met de uber van de clubs in split. Liggend in een mooi klein dorpje net buiten split. 2 supermarkten in de buurt en een café op 50m afstand. Milan reageerde snel en leverde het huis heel keurig aan! Ook regelde we via hem het raften. (Kleine tip neem veel cash mee!)

Thank you Pava for a great stay! It was exactly as described. In particular the best bits are how close it is to shops, bars and restaurants. Very clean and tidy, easy to check in. Lovely walks around the park, to beaches and viewpoints, all with easy reach. Close to the airport which Pava had arranged a transfer for us. Pava was always contactable to recommend places to visit and answer questions. I would defiantly book here again!!

Ana was an absolutely fantastic host! She gave excellent recommendations for dinner spots and went the extra mile to book one for us, any questions she was very quick to respond and help every time. She has a beautiful villa, in the most outstanding scenery. Cannot wait to visit again, such a perfect and peaceful place.

Igna was a very good host and very responsive. The accommodation was well located and in a quiet neighbourhood. Loved the outdoor areas, the flowers and trees smelled amazing! Only slight downsides are the neighbourhood cats which can get quite loud (but very cute!) and the upstairs bedroom gets very warm at night (though we are used to British weather so not equipped to handle it) overall a very good stay, great host and fantastic accommodation, would definitely recommend

Location was unbeatable. Right in the middle of everything. Eugen was very nice and responsive but not overbearing. Apartment was clean and had air conditioning, which being on the 4th floor was essential. Couldn’t hear the neighbors in the building, but could hear what was happening on the street, which we didn’t mind. Would definitely recommend this spot for someone who just wants a simple, clean apartment/studio to be able to explore Diocletian palace and Split.

Hôte réactif, accueillant et chaleureux tout comme leur logement. Correspond à la description, propre et très bien équipé. Je vous le recommande pour passer quelques jours en famille au calme et pas loin de Split.

Helt fantastisk beliggenhed i rolige omgivelser. Absolut værd at besøge hvis man skal mange afsted sammen. Dejligt med mange værelser og badeværelser. Perfekt hvis man vandre da der er mulighed direkte fra huset. Gode shoppingmuligheder og gode museer og kulturseværdigheder. - der er noget for enhver smag. Let at køre til ca. 20 min fra lufthavnen i Split. Perfekt sted hvis man har børn eller teenagere med på rejsen. Gode parkeringsmuligheder

Nous avons passé un séjour extraordinaire dans cette magnifique villa qui ne manque de rien, en passant par la qualité de ses équipements mais aussi par les accessoires que l’hôte laisse à ses locataires. Enfin, nous souhaitons remercier l’homme de maison pour son accueil fantastique et son amabilité tout au long du séjour. Nous recommandons cette villa les yeux fermé et nous n’avons qu’un seul mot à dire: MERCI!

Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben. Roberto hat immer schnell auf unsere Anfragen reagiert und war sehr hilfreich. Gerne wieder.

Petar und seine Familie hat meine Familie und mich herzlich aufgenommen. Direkt bei der ersten Nachricht von ihm wusste ich das es eine klare und gute Kommunikation geben wird. Petar geht auf kleine Extras ein und versucht den Urlaub zu etwas besonderen zu machen was ihm auch gelingt! Die Villa liegt etwas abgelegen aber mit einem Auto sind die umliegenden Städte (Split) ganz einfach zu erreichen. Der Pool war beheizt und wir konnten ihn trotz schlechterem Wetter nutzen. Die Unterkunft ist makellos sauber und die Betten sind für jeweils zwei Personen großzügig. Es gibt zwei Kühlschränke was für eine große Familie perfekt ist. Ich kann die Unterkunft und die Familie herzlichst empfehlen, ihr werdet bestimmt auch so eine tolle Zeit dort verbringen!

We hebben een week verbleven in het mooie huis van Martin. Communicatie is voor Martin belangrijk, dit gaf ons ook een fijn gevoel. Op moment van vragen is er altijd snel reactie. Parel van het huis is toch echt het zwembad! Dank Martin voor de goede zorgen. Sam
