The Loft was a cozy and beautiful hide out. I enjoyed the comfy feeling in the unit. Loved the folder with suggested places to go.

Loved the Space! Clean, updated, and un-cluttered which is greatly appreciated. After traveling as a nurse for over 4 years, l appreciate a space that is not over-done with personal items or over cluttered. Less is always more! The neighborhood is nice with a river walk out front. The only “negative” I found was the lack of neighborhood dog owner responsibility concerning dog poop not being picked up. This of course is not the apartment owners fault. The city of Spokane should enforce this. Best features: great parking in the back and in the front, nice light and windows which gives the apartment an open feel, and the washer and dryer are new and in great shape. Thank you so much for a great stay in Spokane. I hope to stay again in the future.

We had a great experience at Jason’s place and in our interactions with him. He was super responsive to any inquiries. The place was well stocked and comfortable, and it was so great to be up on the mountain and not have to drive at all the whole time we were there.

Wonderful visit, accommodations comfortable

Bridgewater was great not only because of the space itself, but because of its closeness to downtown and cool, trendy spots in the area. It’s quiet and convenient!

I stayed at Maria's airbnb for a few days. I found her place to be secure, and sufficient to my needs! Where this experience really shined, was Maria's ability to communicate, host, and provide info. I truly felt cared for, attended to, and heard. Her list of fun things to do in the city, made me curious to explore. It turned what would've been a mundane trip to see a doctor, into a fun experience. Thank you, Maria!

Great place to stay, lovely neighbourhood and great location just out of the city but easy to get to everything. It was wonderfully tidy, would absolutely come back and highly recommend.

This is our second stay at this wonderful studio gem. A Private entrance with no adjoining walls provides ultimate privacy. The location is next to our favored Manito Park providing great walking trails and recreational activities. The surrounding neighborhood in Spokane’s historic South Hill is a visual treat. We frequently visit family in the area and will continue to use Jade and Rob’s studio as our home-away-from-home.

Wonderful place to stay! The eclectic decor was charming! Space was cozy, kitchen was well stocked, bed was comfortable and little details made it a wonderful stay. There were snacks and fresh fruit left out for us and a cute welcome note :)! Molly was very good with instructions before check in...detailing where to park, how to access the door, and left the lights on for us since we were checking in after dark. Peaceful neighborhood and you can walk downtown. There was a book inside the apartment with ideas for local restaurants, local hiking, shopping, etc. If you are looking for a space that takes you back to grandma's house, this is the place!

We enjoyed our stay here very much. Everything felt new, clean and the place is well designed/functional. Sandpoint is such a cute town with lots of good restaurants. Its an easy drive to the mountain for skiing.

Great cozy spot for a quick stay! Nice clean update done to the place. Super easy to walk to everything in town. Off street parking was helpful. Hosts were accommodating and communication was easy. Great stay!

We stayed a couple nights at the property. It was clean and just as described. Anna had it stocked with ammenities. It was quiet neighbor wise, and outside noise was minimal. There is some traffic noise but we didnt find that it impeded on sleep. Would stay again and recommend others to.

We were impressed by the warm hospitality and attention to detail. The accommodation was immaculately clean and tastefully decorated, providing a cozy and comfortable retreat throughout our stay. Teya went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, and her prompt communication made the entire experience seamless. The location was fantastic, offering easy access to shopping, Trader Joe's, Safeway and eateries, only a few blocks from Sacred Heart Hospital (much nicer stay than a hotel.) Overall, we had a wonderful time and would highly recommend Teya's place to anyone looking for a memorable Airbnb experience!"

Beautiful condo with all of the amenities! The mountain and lake view was stunning. Spacious accommodations for 8. Highly recommend and will definitely be back. It is close to the train tracks and trains are frequent, but not disturbing. Quiet, peaceful surroundings - hot tub and pool were excellent!

The condo was great for our family- three adults and two kids. Plenty of beds and space, and two very large bathrooms. We had a minor issue shortly after check in and the host was very quick to reply and help us resolve. It was a super short walk to the mountain for skiing. The kitchen was well stocked, there were lots of warm blankets and the bathrooms had tons of towels for showers and the hot tub/sauna/steam room. We had a great time and would definitely stay again.

It only took a few steps inside to realize this stay would be something special. This space is not only beautiful but thoughtfully designed with a true sense of hygge—warm, welcoming, and effortlessly calming. As an aspiring chef who’s particular about the kitchen, I was especially impressed this kitchen. I’d seen previous reviews mentioning missing items, but I found the opposite to be true. Everything I needed was at my fingertips, from quality pans to sharp knives—clearly curated for guests who actually enjoy cooking. Mariela even checked in to make sure I had everything I needed. That level of care and communication made the entire experience seamless. The bed was incredibly comfortable—like sleeping on a cloud—and I woke up every morning to jaw-dropping views that felt like something out of a dream. It was the perfect place to reset, refocus, and feel inspired. Truly one of the best Airbnb stays I’ve had.

James place was a little gem. It’s laid out so well. Decorated adorably and perfectly for the area. The seating area in the window was so cute and my granddaughter loved sleeping in it. The place has so many great activities you can stay as busy as you want.

Great stay and extremely accommodating. It was such a nice area and we felt very safe. Quite spacious inside as well as outside! We didn’t get a chance to enjoy the amazing backyard but it would’ve been great. We hope to stay again if available! Thank you for a great time.

Very nice condo for our group of three. Neat and clean upon arrival with welcome snacks and other kitchen goods in the cabinets. Close to Silver Mountain gondola, grocery store, and many area restaurants. Enjoyed our stay and would definitely return to this unit if in the area.

The place was a great home base for a ski trip to the mountain. The resort is only several minutes away with several options to get to the hill (Shuttle or a short drive). We felt like we had plenty of space with 7 people and it had a good mountain cabin feel.

really great place! definitely for people on the shorter side. very clean, quaint spot. great amenities, nice hosts, short drive from downtown spokane. it was my first time in WA, and as a solo traveler I felt very safe! x
