During any sort of winter weather, 4WD or snow tires are advised to get you safely in and out of the neighborhood. Meadowview Glen is attached to a gorgeous farmhouse in a rural setting north of Spokane. The apartment is like a mini farmhouse with all the charm of the main house. Just 30 minutes to downtown Spokane and just 15 minutes to shopping and eats. We are close to Green Bluff and Mt. Spokane and across the street from the Little Spokane River. Our 3.9 acres are quiet and peaceful and the unit is light, cozy and cheerful. Our place is great for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.

A private location on our property. The guesthouse is detached from our estate on five acres. Larger than a hotel room and much more nicely furnished. For those traveling through the area, we are five minutes north of interstate 90 on the Idaho Washington border. Lots of wildlife including our puppy. This is a very private setting with tons of trees. The deck is the perfect place to start and end your day. Your own private parking space and private entrance. Perfect romantic getaway!

Channa Acres: This 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom 600 square-foot guest house is a “shouse” inside a pole barn. It is located in the back of our private forested 8-acre property. There is a covered parking garage, a large patio area with a BBQ, and a fire pit. No charge for pets provided they are well behaved. Always, fresh farm eggs will be provided for you! We are located 13 miles north of Coeur d' Alene, and 10 minutes from Silverwood.
