Really nice apartment in a beautiful location right on the river. So peaceful in the morning. Very easy to find and get into. Exactly as described. Coffee pot with coffee bags, sugar and creamer including microwave popcorn and chocolate biscuits. Nice welcome pack. Lots of cutlery crockery and pans but didn’t see any oil or condiments. If you are going to cook you’d need to bring some. Had problems with the tv instructions but after contacting Ashley somebody came to the condo within 15 mins and sorted out for us. May need to update instructions or check settings haven’t been touched to save inconvenience. Just to note the smaller bedroom has the boiler in it which is very noisy. We had ear plugs so was ok for us but if you come in the cold weather and need heating you would need to bear in mind. Overall a lovely stay in a quiet area of town within a short walk to all amenities. Would recommend.

This house is absolutely beautiful. It is decorated very tastefully and had everything we needed. Loved the fire pit and the ability to see all of the stars without extra ambient light sources. The smores fixings that were provided was a very nice touch. We loved the quiet location, but some might find the distance from the nearest town (about 15 minutes) a slight negative. We personally loved driving through the beautiful countryside, seeing the Amish with their horse drawn buggies and just planned our activities appropriately so we were able to get the supplies we needed when we were near a town. We love staying at Seven Oaks and have many times. I particularly enjoy the soaker tub and we appreciate the cheese tray, drinks, and breakfast foods. It makes it so much more enjoyable to get away and not have to think about running out to get food. We stay as often as we can get away. Such a great place!

This home was incredible for a weekend away with girlfriends. We loved the views of lake como m, the proximity to downtown lake Geneva, and how well stocked the house was with all the essentials and more (especially in the kitchen!). Only regret was not making our stay a full week long trip!

Beautiful house and so comfortable inside and out. My bestie and my dog were in Lake Geneva for the weekend and very much enjoyed The Clean Slate. The weather was perfect! The house was just as described. Highly recommended!!!!

Jordyn gets a gold star from me! She is a delightful host. My favorite part of the home was watching the sunrise and the water foul in the morning. The home was very clean and clutter free. We were very comfortable. It was conveniently located for our activities in and out of the city.

Cute little cabin near a lake in the WI Dells. It was too cold to use the lake or the pool but they were both very convenient.

Highly suggest Brian’s place! Exactly like pictures and perfect for a weekend getaway. Home was beautiful and newly updated! Everything was walkable, perfect location to downtown. We had 14 guests and everyone was comfortable and beyond happy with accommodations! Brian was easy to work with and everything was clear for us. Thanks for a great stay! We will be back.
