Comes fully equipped with towels & linens. 2 miles from the town of Greenport. Perfect house for families/groups. DOG(s) FRIENDLY (w/ a pet fee) with fenced front yard & deck- sorry no cats! Outside is your own patio with sitting area, dining table with umbrella, BBQ and my own tiny cottage “Bouy Cottage” is across the lawn so I (or other guests may be there in May-Sept. Extra bedroom is a Cabin in the middle of the property and was a recording studio, now has queen bed, wifi, fridge, micro wave, heat and AC, TV and DVD player but no bathroom. You have your own parking spots, entrance and outdoor dining area and outdoor shower.
