☀Fun Flamingo: Beachfront/Quiet Retreat/Best Views

The Fun Flamingo is a charming 1950’s ranch bungalow directly on the beach of Alligator Point; part of Old Florida's Forgotten Coast. A great getaway for enjoying the ocean and its habitat. The 11-window ocean-facing sunroom has amazing views and is a great place to watch dolphins play just off-shore. Or just a few steps outside the back and you're enjoying the endless beaches of Alligator Point. 2 bedrooms, a bunkroom & 2 baths. 8 guests limit. And while a pet is allowed, there is $120 fee.

Walk to Beach & Attractions! Remodeled & Spacious

Family Tides, an exceptionally spacious home, is located in the center of the island. It is a 3-minute walk to the public beach, lighthouse, playground, basketball & SGI museum. It offers quick access to restaurants, gift shops, Aunt Ebby's Ice Cream and other shops. About a block from the home is Island Outfitters (beach rental equip.) and Island Dog Outdoors. There are plenty of beaches nearby, including the main public beach and the State Park which covers the east portion of the island.

Point Break- Take a break at the Point

Nested 2 blocks from Apalachicola Bay, 10 minutes from the Apalachicola River and 10 minutes from St George island, our cozy cottage is a new build that has all of the comforts of home. Four adults can stay comfortably with 2 very comfortable beds and 1 bathroom. We also have a fold out cot perfect size for a child. Our home is in a very quiet neighborhood located on a cul-de-sac and is a short driving distance from fishing, hunting, shopping and sight- seeing adventures.

The Floridian, Old Florida Charm - Modern Comfort

Tucked among tall pines, majestic oaks, and swaying palms, The Floridian rests on a full private acre in SGI’s East End. A short five-minute stroll brings you to the sugar sand beaches, very inviting in the crisp autumn air. At the day's end, gather around an evening fire for s’mores or unwind in the hot tub. Store your catch of the day in the extra fridge downstairs. Visit the Beach Pit for BBQ, Bay Side Coffee Company for a fresh brew, or Aunt Ebby’s ice cream for a treat.

A-Lure on the Bay

A-Lure is our downstairs apartment on St. George Island. The space is located right on the bay with a 100 yard long dock. It is a four block walk to the beach from this side of the island. The room includes a really nice view, KING bed, TV, wi-fi , mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and drinking water. The space has its own AC/Heat system. Access to the dock is all yours and we have a two person kayak at your disposal as well. Come and relax at our peaceful place on SGI.

Family Tides -Cozy Coastal Getaway

This 1b/1bx cottage is cozy, light, bright, and clean and has one of the best locations in Franklin County. A peaceful neighborhood setting away from traffic and congestion, yet only a 5-minute stroll to the Apalachicola Bay. Has its own parking and room to park a boat and/or personal watercraft w/trailer. If you are looking for a laid-back, quiet getaway, then Family Tides is the place for you. If you are looking for a wild & crazy party atmosphere, you won't find it here

A beachfront home nestled among the trees with a new pool addition March 2023. Enjoy your own private retreat on the Forgotten Coast, known for spectacular fishing, scalloping, kayaking, hiking. A Golf course is only a minute away. Fish from our backyard or relax on hammocks among the trees. Taradise

This apartment is connected to my main home here in Eastpoint, FL: The Gateway to SGI! It is situated in the center of Franklin County which makes it an ideal spot to visit Apalachicola, St. George Island, or Carrabelle. This property is located 6 miles from the main public beach on SGI, almost a straight shot across the bridge. I am happy to welcome all guests to my own little Taradise on "The Forgotten Coast"!
