Point Break- Take a break at the Point

Nested 2 blocks from Apalachicola Bay, 10 minutes from the Apalachicola River and 10 minutes from St George island, our cozy cottage is a new build that has all of the comforts of home. Four adults can stay comfortably with 2 very comfortable beds and 1 bathroom. We also have a fold out cot perfect size for a child. Our home is in a very quiet neighborhood located on a cul-de-sac and is a short driving distance from fishing, hunting, shopping and sight- seeing adventures.

The Floridian, Old Florida Charm - Modern Comfort

Tucked among tall pines, majestic oaks, and swaying palms, The Floridian rests on a full private acre in SGI’s East End. A short five-minute stroll brings you to the sugar sand beaches, very inviting in the crisp autumn air. At the day's end, gather around an evening fire for s’mores or unwind in the hot tub. Store your catch of the day in the extra fridge downstairs. Visit the Beach Pit for BBQ, Bay Side Coffee Company for a fresh brew, or Aunt Ebby’s ice cream for a treat.

A-Lure on the Bay

A-Lure is our downstairs apartment on St. George Island. The space is located right on the bay with a 100 yard long dock. It is a four block walk to the beach from this side of the island. The room includes a really nice view, KING bed, TV, wi-fi , mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and drinking water. The space has its own AC/Heat system. Access to the dock is all yours and we have a two person kayak at your disposal as well. Come and relax at our peaceful place on SGI.

Nestled in a quiet neighborhood, Three Little Birds is a spacious and comfortable private apartment attached to our main home in Eastpoint, Florida. It is located less than a block away from St. George Sound, Apalachicola Bay. Central to Franklin county, a 10 minute drive will take you to beautiful St. George Island or to quaint Apalachicola and picturesque Carrabelle is a just a 15 minute ride away. Historic Driftwood Cottage Waterfront - Pets OK

Step back in time in this waterfront 1900's farmhouse on the bay. Heart-pine floors and marble countertops have that "Hemmingway" vibe. A mix of old and new feels warming! Enjoy the private dock and watch the sunset in this nature filled fishing town. 2 Kayaks included. Lanark boat ramp 1/4 mile away. Drop in your vessel at Lanark boat ramp and tie off on your own dock for the duration of your Driftwood Cottage Stay! Pet friendly 50 pounds or less

Relax and play at our sweet and comfy, pet-friendly, bayside bungalow. Enjoy the fresh updates inside and the ample entertaining space outside. Lounge on the wide, wrap-around deck for beautiful sunset views, or watch the osprey and pelicans fishing in the bay. Just four blocks from the 5th Street public beach access, and about half a mile from central island eateries and shopping.
