The cottage comes with its own private parking space right outside the front door and a lovely sunny balcony, perfect for unwinding with an afternoon G+T. Upstairs you will find the bedroom with a cabin style bed, smart TV, sofa and the entrance out onto the balcony. Downstairs there's a fully equipped kitchen with everything that you should need and the bathroom.

The Tate Gallery which can be seen from the cottage is a short walk away. For those wishing to explore further afield the adjacent Coastal Path provides for stunning walks in both directions.

Rare for the old part of St Ives, the cottage has a beautiful courtyard which we have recently renovated and where you can sit in the sun throughout the day. It stands behind our farmhouse overlooking the fields, with views down to the sea. It has a large open plan kitchen/living room with a log burner, 1 bedroom & bathroom. It is newly converted to a very high standard. Many beautiful walks & sandy beaches all around us.
