The flat was homely and cosy with everything you need. Caroline was a great host, she is very friendly, honest and attentive. She even gave some fresh hydrangeas which were lovely and nice to have on the windowsill. Me and my partner came down for my birthday to explore and get some peace and quite. Highly recommended the hike up to the top of Beachy Head cliff and the local Thai restaurant was divine. The walk to the beach front is just round the corner, town centre is also walking distance with lots of shops, restaurants and bars/pubs.

Die Straße zwischen Meer und Haus war zum Glück nicht stark befahren um diese Jahreszeit und es gab eine Fußgängerampel in der Nähe. Die Schlafzimmer liegen nach hinten und sind daher angenehm ruhig. Von den Nachbarn war nichts zu hören. Die Einrichtung ist zweckmäßig und modern. Dusche und Waschbecken angenehm zu benutzen. Mischbatterie. Von der Wohnung aus ist alles gut fussläufig zu erreichen. Parkplatz in der Nähe. Fünf Minuten den Hügel hinauf.

We had a great stay. I chose the place for the view and wasn't disappointed. The flat is well appointed and a great place to walk along the sea front. We relaxed in the lounge as a family in the evenings. There is on street parking outside the property where you can park for free. We used the nearby train station rather than walk to the old town in Hastings but there were also plenty of buses.

Cassie’s place was just like the pictures, in a great location and clean and comfortable. Cassie was quick to respond and helpful in reply.

We had a wonderful stay at Emilia’s flat – it was the perfect seaside escape for our little family. The location is brilliant, just steps from the beach, and the flat was cosy, clean and really well set up for our needs. Our twin boys especially loved the bunk bed! Emilia was a kind and thoughtful host – we’d happily return for another stay. Thank you!

We loved our stay here! Amazing location, beautiful building and so stylishly decorated. Everything in the apartment felt so well thought out and clean. The apartment and area is so peaceful and quiet, we loved staying in for the evening there and in the morning loved waking up and looking our at the trees and the sea in the distance. Everything was so comfortable, the bed was lovely and big. We loved it so much we wanted to extend our stay. Really hope to come back and stay again!

This apartment is superbly located in a lovely town full of charming pubs, cafes, bakeries, boutique shops, and restaurants—all just a short walk away. We enjoyed being able to pop down the road for delicious coffees to bring back and savour. The apartment itself had great exposed beams, and we found the bathroom and kitchen excellent. The bedrooms were a bit smaller than we expected, with limited storage and slightly compact beds, but the premium location and historic charm of the building made up for it. If you're heading to the beach, we recommend Winchelsea over Camber.

An incredible stay in a beautiful apartment. The view across to the sea was spellbinding and you can watch the sunset with a lovely glass of wine. The flat has everything you could possibly need and is thoughtful as well as top quality. The coffee machine was outstanding. The shower was perfect, the beds comfortable and there was a very clever and easy way of accessing the flat. St. Leonards has so many incredible independent and interesting shops, fabulous restaurants, pubs, coffee shops and bars, as well as a market with beautiful things. Lots of art and vintage shops and within bus, train or healthy walk from Hastings with it's equally amazing shops, restaurants, pubs and coffee shops. So much to see and do and then to come home to a calm and beautiful apartment is just wonderful! Thank you so much for everything.

We were so happy and comfortable in The Parlour. We loved the decor and all the original extras that were suited to The Parlour. Great location and Carole was exceptional with her attention to detail regarding info needed before arriving. It was great to be able to walk everywhere including going to the Theatre. The best thing (!) was that we got a free parking space right outside the property which was such a relief. Luckily I didn’t pre-book the car park! Delicious ice cream right next door and delicious fish n chips which were recommended by Carole as well as by friendly folk on the beach. Delicious lunch at Bistrot Pierre. We had a great few days and really hope to come back one day. Didn’t walk to Beachy Head as it was too windy - next time!

Nick's place is lovely, amazing views of the sea, a beautiful, clean flat with gorgeous period furniture, lamps and detail. Highly recommended.

I stayed with a couple of friends at Simon and Paulas place. We had such a lovely stay. The flat was beautiful and had everything we needed. Jessica the cat made our stay even better :). Thank you for a great stay!

This place was better than the photos. The location was very close to the station, the centre and a quick walk down to the seafront. Everything was in order. We stayed in the bedroom nearest the front door, very comfy bed and although you could hear the bar downstairs, it didn't disturb us one bit. The seagulls in the morning was another thing! But being by the sea you get used to them. Sophie's place and hospitality was great! Definitely check out the bar below - great cocktails!

Great to find somewhere to relax in, especially in the back garden when it was warm and sunny. Much quieter than I anticipated, as the accommodation is at the back of the property. Note that this is quite a hilly area! Waitrose is a 3 minute walk, so great for food in a hurry! Nice hosts, which makes everything so much nicer!

Such a lovely place! Everything was stunning and super clean, also nice having the kitchen well stocked with and pots and pans or condiments, coffees, etc - felt like there was everything you could need. The host were amazing and super responsive. Right on the main street, was a bit noisy at night, but so close to everything you’ll need. 10/10 recommend

Victoria's flat was lovely. It was very comfortable, peaceful and thoughtfully kitted out. The real gem is the balcony with fantastic views over the sea. Absolutely wonderful for an early morning coffee watching the sunrise. The flat is on the top floor (as we knew from Victoria's accurate description) so there are a good few stairs but well worth it for the peace and the great views! Great location a few mins stroll to the beach and very easy walking distance to great pubs and restaurants. The Horse and Groom pub is an absolute gem. We loved Victoria's flat and will be booking again for sure. 👍

We had a fantastic stay! The flat had everything we needed—comfortable, well-equipped, and perfectly clean. The location was honestly amazing, just a short stroll to the beach, shops, and some lovely cafes. The host was really friendly and welcoming, and although he was there to greet us, self check-in would have been easy too. Would definitely stay again—highly recommended!

We had the best stay at 5 the lawn. Jude’s attention to detail is insane and the place is simply outstanding. Everything was so picturesque. Jude was a great host, she ensured we had everything and made sure to let us know if we needed anything at all she was just a message away. Jude was a massive help in recommending a local decorating company and ensuring everything was set up for our arrival. My boyfriend thoroughly enjoyed his birthday getaway. We will for sure be returning. Thank you Jude for an unreal stay.

Jo is one of the best Airbnb hosts we’ve ever met. She’s such a lovely and genuinely helpful person. My partner and I stayed for a night after visiting Pooh Corner, Ashdown Forest, and many other charming places nearby. Everything was perfect. Jo made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Her home is beautiful, the hot tub was incredibly relaxing, and there’s so much to do in the area. We highly recommend staying at Jo’s place. Thank you for everything.

Sonia and Lees place was amazing. I could not recommend enough. From the point of booking Sonia messaged to check what wine and bread we would like, as well as providing helpful tips! Check in was super easy and the apartment itself was stunning. When we met Sonia and Lee they were so lovely a provided us with recommendations for restaurants. Everything was so lovely and we felt right at home.

Zainab and Ciara were both really responsive and friendly. The property was nicely decorated and spacious. Only thing I would mention is that if the Dentist is open, you can hear a lot of what’s going on upstairs, but we stayed on Fri-Sun so as soon as the dentist closed it was very nice and quiet.

We had a great time staying in the caravan! This is a perfect location to get to the cliffs, Dover castle, and lighthouse. Only a 10 min drive to the city of Dover as well. Anna Maria was great at communicating especially when we needed help! Over all we would recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

This was a fantastic airbnb and we'd definitely recommend. The bedroom was lovely, we slept very well, and the alway-on hot tub was a treat. Very minor points to improve for future guests - the WiFi instructions were out of date and the shower gel container empty
