My favourite place

This quiet, light-filled, first-floor apartment is perfect for a short and extended stay in St Leonards-on-Sea. The high ceilings and large windows create a spacious feel and plenty of light even on a rainy day. Free parking is available. The flat is situated centrally, only a 2-minute walk from the St. Warrior Square train station, close to the beach and the town's best eateries, art galleries, and junk and antique shops. Hastings is near - all you need is within walking distance.

Stunning sea view apartment

Lovely shabby chic style , first floor 1 bed apartment located on the seafront in St.Leonards on Sea. Close to local galleries , restaurants and antiques shops, recently re-opened Kino cinema that originally existed in 1920's. Hastings Pier 10 min walk from the apartment. It's only 20 min walk going along the seafront boulevard to Hastings and slightly further along the Old Town of Hastings and plenty of fishermongers by the Jerwood Gallery. There is so much to do and see in the area.

Self-contained basement flat on the seafront in St Leonards on Sea in a Grade II listed former shop. Bedroom with double bed, kitchenette, living room with smart tv and DVD player, sofa bed if you wish to use (notice needed for extra bedding) . Shower room down a step. Private entrance down iron staircase, self check in by lockbox. Not suitable for those with mobility issues. Children only by supervision. Well behaved dogs allowed, please notify. No smoking/vaping/candles.

Beautiful barn on the South Downs Way

Beautiful barn, perfect for walkers, also great as a comfortable and spacious base for exploring the local countryside. Local cultural attractions include Glyndebourne, Drusilla's Park, South Downs Way. This spacious artist's home is located right on the South Downs Way, and it is only about an hour and a half walk to the coast at Exceat. There is a tree house for kids, a couple of swing seats for chilling out on, and the Cuckmere runs through the bottom of the garden.

We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room which is resident in our Micro-Winery! We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.

Beachfront apartment with wood burner & courtyard

The apartment is located directly on the beautiful St Leonards seafront and occupies the entire basement of a historic Grade II listed house. The house was built by James Burton, the architect of St Leonards-on-Sea in the year 1830. The holiday let is accessed through its own front door, down a flight of steps from the street; the flat is completely self-contained.
