The cottage features a small dining area and kitchenette with a refrigerator, hot plate, microwave, toaster oven, & washer/dryer. The bedroom and bathroom are located up a short set of stairs. We are 14 mins to Treasure Island Beach, 10 mins to Gulfport, 5 short blocks to Pinellas Bike Trail and a 2 min walk to Central Ave Trolley and the SUN RUNNER which takes you to the beach and/or downtown. Owners DO live on the premises, but there is only 1 BnB unit, so you will have plenty of privacy. We offer many amenities and believe our pricing reflects the high quality of our BNB!
