1 Bed Self Contained Annex in Rural Valley

The Old Dairy is a newly refurbished one bedroom annex attached to our 200 year old traditional Guernsey Farmhouse. The house is situated in the heart of a beautiful secluded valley and our 3 acres of apple orchard and farmland have far reaching views of the sea over the West Coast of Guernsey and Lihou Island. Surrounded by myriad tranquil lanes which lead you down to beaches and coastal walks, we are 5 minutes from the local pub and bus stop and a 15 minute walk to the supermarket

Morningstar is a spacious, well-appointed bungalow in the rural parish of Torteval, near the south coast cliffs, with a lovely large secluded garden backing on to fields. The two patios provide sunny spots to relax, barbecue in or enjoy alfresco dining. It takes only a few minutes to drive to the sandy beaches of Rocquaine and L’Eree, the cinema, or the nearest restaurant. The stunning coastal cliff path is a five minute walk, while shops are a pleasant stroll through quiet lanes.

Marias Holiday Cottage.

A four star gold standard barn conversion which is the self contained wing of the main 17th century cottage. Fitted out in a modern but cosy style. Featuring your own kitchen, with full size cooker, microwave, fridge freezer and washer dryer. Separate lounge area with a mizzanine bedroom above. There is a small sitting area behind the cottage which catches the morning sun. In front and south facing is a bench to sit on. Parking right out side the property.

My place is close to Local village with small supermarket, post office, 1.5 miles from beaches and south coats cliff walks. Local bus service. Short walk to pub with good food. You’ll love my place because of the neighbourhood, sun room and sheltered garden at rear, car parking in courtyard. . My place is good for couples and families (with kids). This Cottage is only available from Saturday to Saturday. This cottage can sleep up to 6 guests in 3 bedrooms.

A delightful two bedroom cottage situated a stones throw away from Perelle Bay. Minutes walk to amenities such as restaurant with outdoor pool, a small supermarket and the local butchers. There is off-road parking for two cars and a wraparound garden. The bus stop is a few minutes walk away. Within 20 minutes drive of both airport and ferry. Please note during the months of July & August we have a minimum of 7 nights stay.
