We had a wonderful stay. The home was clean, beds comfortable had all what we needed to make our stay a memory we will always cherish. We were greeted with a lovely note, snacks and a bottle of wine that took the edge off of driving on 95. We will definitely choose these accommodations in the future and we highly recommend anyone needing a place to stay in the northern Virginia area.

This was the second time we've stayed at Gin Lot Farms. We attended an event in downtown Fredericksburg and this was a very easy short to drive to get there. The house was perfect for our group. We look forward to coming back!

This is a fantastic Airbnb and Hunter is a great host. Communication and responsiveness were excellent and Hunter was very helpful throughout. The location is beautiful with lots of wildlife and some amazing eagles and hawks to watch and many deer. The house is fantastic and exactly as described and shown in the pictures. Great and well stocked kitchen, a very comfortable great room, and plenty of rooms in each of the bedrooms and very pretty and secluded grounds looking out over Acquia Creek. We rented the home for a graduation ceremony at the Quantico Marine Base which is very close. We had a great time and were very happy with Hunter's place. I would highly recommend this spot to any size group! 5 Stars!

Great place. Very quiet, peaceful neighborhood, close enough to shopping, restaurants and sites. Would definitely recommend.

The space prob fits about 6 /8 people comfortable if 3 are couples. However I believe the people live there. I didn’t see them at all they were super nice but in the photos there were 4 beds but there were 3 made it tough for a bunch of guys to find regular beds to fit in. One of the beds in the photo are the bed possibly upstairs they “potentially” could be occupying. So read the fine print and make a decision the place was totally fine otherwise I have no bad things to say about the place but found it weird on arrival not to be notified that they would actually be there. I believe this shouldn’t be hiding information.

This was a perfect getaway weekend spot for us. It was close enough that we could drive to DC to see the sites, but yet stay in an inviting neighborhood. The space was very clean and welcoming. Instructions for check-in were clear and the check in and check out process were very easy. Great hosts!

Convenient and charming location in Downtown Fredericksburg. The accommodations were perfect and parking was close. The coffee shop on the 1st floor was delightful. I would recommend this location.

Lisa et Brian sont des hôtes vraiment adorables, ils ont proposé des services qu’ils n’étaient pas supposé nous proposer et se sont vraiment investis pour faire de notre séjour un moment paisible et d’exception. Nous avons adoré le calme de l’emplacement. Le jardin à l’arrière et les petites promenades de quartier avec bébé étaient très agréables. Nous sommes restés 10 semaines dans ce logement et n’avons pas regretté notre choix. Brian nous a dit qu’il allait veiller à rafraîchir un peu l’appartement avec de petits travaux, et la décoration ainsi que l’équipement sont vraiment super. We kept extending our reservation due to unexpected repairs at our home, so we stayed in a few different units. Each one was clean and bright and airy, and every bed we slept in was SO comfortable. The wifi was also strong when I worked from home. The units aren't perfect- one of them didn't have great water pressure, and you will definitely hear people above you, which can be rough if they're very early risers or stay up late. But we found the hosts to be incredibly responsive and helpful, and overall had a wonderful stay during a stressful time. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic stay. Place was immaculate and William has thought of absolutely everything. Plenty of coffee, bottled water, wine, plenty of towels, soap etc. His place is laid out well too. Walking distance to town. Amenities were plenty. We loved this apt and hope to be back. Thank you for making us feel so welcomed William.

Beautiful location, up the hill from the water! Great fishing and easy to get around the local area! House was spotless and smelled clean when we walked in. Bed was comfortable! They've thought of everything! Will visit again!

We had a wonderful weekend while staying at Casa 1776. The location was wonderful. The unit was clean, and very private. It was a perfect weekend getaway. The hosts Jordan and Veronica communicated well regarding the instructions for the property and answering our questions.

I've stayed in a few different places in Occoquan, which I adore!! This one is by far my favorite for the location and it really is a great value!!

The apartment was very cozy, clean and the perfect location for walking Old Town so close to everything. Isin was incredibly responsive. So generous with morning coffee.

Amanda’s place exceeded expectations for what I was looking for during a long class away. 1. Convenient location - everything needed was at most a 15 minute walk away. 2. Beautiful and very comfortable apartment with everything I needed for my 5 night stay. 3. Private and safe location 4. Free parking directly outside the entry door 5. Full, well stocked kitchen My only suggestion to people booking is to bring ear plugs. Because it’s located on a Main Street, I was occasionally woken up due to traffic noise. This is nothing the host has control over but just wanted to be informative. I highly recommend Amanda’s place!
