In addition to the wooded Adirondack Park like setting, you can learn about alpacas, their care and their wonderful fiber, or just relax and imagine you're in the most peaceful place on earth. You'll meet Lucas and Cody our 2 dogs. Both very friendly and full of energy. The Cabin is a completely separate 400 sq ft, 1 bedroom and full bath. Parking in front of the Cabin. Note: No TV.

Restful Batavia Home

Quiet, clean home in a quiet neighborhood. My home is a raised ranch style, and the entire lower level is where you will stay. There are two bedrooms - one with twin beds and the other has a queen size bed. One bath. There is a private living room, kitchenette, and shared laundry. Discounts available for longer stays. No smoking and no pets. I have 2 cats, but they are kept out of the bedrooms. Our town is right on I-90 half way between Rochester and Buffalo.

We have a very nice size yard for camp fires and just relax in without any neighbors.Welcome to a peaceful country home in the middle of several very large ponds. Relax on the covered screened porch or the back deck for peaceful meals or just some bird watching. Not super far off the road but you feel like it. Road is pretty quiet and lots of wild life. Ponds and woods not our property so please stay in yard/ grass only

We are surrounded by farmland, a great base for family vacations. There is a grocery store, drug store, antique shops, and family restaurants 5 minutes in either direction from the house. Located 20 minutes from downtown Rochester, RIT, and the University of Rochester, and 1 hour from Niagara Falls, the LeRoy exit to the NY State Thruway is 10 minutes away. We are 30 minutes from Conesus Lake and the entrance to the other Finger Lakes.
