A lovely peaceful apartment right on the river! Perfect location for what we wanted and it was nice to get out the busyness of town. Apartment was stunning - clean, comfy and just all round a lovely place to stay!

I would highly recommend this apartment if you want to spend time in the city centre as it’s 5 min walk and it’s next to the train station with a Tesco , sally was wonderful with answering any questions I had and also gave me an extra hour check out , I will defo try to use sally every time I’m in Nottingham from now on.

We had a few wonderful days at Nick's place. The accommodation was very clean and comfortable with a nice outdoor area when the sun shone. It was a short walking distance from both High Town and Low Town and very close to the SVR station. There is plenty to see and do within a short distance.

The apartment was beautiful and very comfortable! Host was very accommodating with check out which was very helpful to us. I would definitely recommend!

This air bnb is a Gem. We've already booked to come back! Suzanne and Ian are such kind and thoughtful hosts. The flat is so peaceful, clean, warm and comfortable, with lovely views of the garden - it has everything you need. The welcome hamper, milk and eggs are such a lovely welcome touch. The train station, bus stops, lovely walks, pubs, a cafe, and co-op mini supermarket are just a few mins walk away. This is a special find and we can't wait to come back!

Just the most perfect stay! The property is set in a beautiful peaceful setting overlooking the gorge, you wake up to beautiful views and wonderful birdsong ! The property itself was homely , beautifully presented and maintained throughout. Couldn’t have asked for better ! Jacky was very friendly and helpful and a great host. A lovely stay in a beautiful cottage. Such a peaceful and pretty location. Pru and Chris had thought of everything to make this a comfortable stay. We even managed some sunshine to enjoy a glass of wine in the outside space, and the kids loved our Easter egg hunt around the garden. Our first airbnb and it has definitely set a high standard for our next time! I am sure we will be back.

We had a lovely stay in the cottage. The property is in a great location, very well kept with all basic amenities. Gemma was especially helpful and accommodating after I mistakenly lost the keys to the cottage. Thank you for all the help and the great stay

Katie’s place was great and finished to a high level. We really enjoyed the space as a family, it was like home from home and we have recommended it to our local family (as we stayed fir a family occasion). She intends to recommend to anyone who needs somewhere to stay in the area 😀

We had a great stay at Kingfisher Cottage whilst visiting family. Matt was very responsive and helpful and provided several local recommendations. The location of the cottage next to the river is perfect for a peaceful drink in the evening and our 4 year old enjoyed paddling and watching the cows. Thank you Monika and Matt for a wonderful stay - we'll be back!

Amazing place, great location near some lovely walks and pubs. Hot tub was brilliant and kids managed to swim in river !

We stayed here as a group of 6 for the weekend. The house is beautiful and great value for money. Lorna was a response host, would definitely recommend staying here!

Beautiful views and excellent host. Amazing location as we were able to walk to most of the attractions (with good walking shoes and snacks). Highlight is the stunning view from the balcony. It gets the evening sun so perfect spot for drinks and nibbles. Suggest you take slippers for kitchen and kids might want crocs to get in and out of garden. Rooms are dark, quiet and very comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped for a short stay. We had no trouble parking and felt all the details for a holiday let had been considered. We’d be happy to recommend!

The place was absolutely stunning, in a nice quiet neighbourhood not too far from town centre. Really enjoyed my stay.

Great apartment and very close to the city centre. Clear instructions and recommendations provided by the host, would highly recommend. The free parking was the only improvement point, a lot of litter on the street.

This Air bnb is literally perfect. Everything you need and more! Cosy setting, great tv services already signed in ready to go! Nice balcony looking over the waterside. The scent in the whole apartment is amazing, and very nice decor brining the room alive, looks better in real life than the pictures! Secure and safe car park is a bonus. Will be back for sure ✅

We had a lovely stay, at Anne & Phil's. Anne was welcoming and warm, the place was exactly as described, the location was peaceful, but also within a minute walk to local pubs and co-op. During the days we went for lovely walks, to Uppermill and also visited the historic Fort. Will definitely return.

We had 4 adults and 3 children under 5 years stay for two nights. The kids loved it with plenty if space for them to run around and for the adults to socialise. The running joke of the weekend was trying to find something to complain about because we couldn't. Everything in the apartment is of premium quality. From the beds and quilts to the bowls and mugs. You can tell the owners care for the apartment and the experience of the guest. Apartment was spotless when we arrived. The views and locations is fantastic. The sound of running water very calming. I will be back for sure.

Clean, comfortable, quiet apartment. Safe neighbourhood, easy access to supermarket and public transport to city centre. Very good communication with Bose, who responded promptly and politely to any question. Check-in and check-out easy and flexible.

Very quiet, cozy and comfortable flat. Lovely rivers side view. Walking distance from Etihad stadiums. Complex has a free secure parking . Judah was very helpful and quickly answers my questions. The bed was a bid hard for me as I used to the soft mattress otherwise everything was perfect and couldn't be better. Highly recommend!

We had a great time, great location and accommodation. Gary was very proactive with suggestions and recommendations so we made the most of the time we had. We loved the Monsal Bine trail, taking the walk to and from the Anglers Rest and the local food and interesting villages.
