U krugu od 100 m nalaze se trgovina, mesnica, ribarnica, ljekarna, liječnik, stomatolog, bankomat, park za djecu, restoran/kafić te privatne vinarije.

Es ist ein ca. 300 Jahre altes Steinhaus, liebevoll restauriert mit dicken Natursteinwänden und Holzböden. Das ganze Haus ist geschossoffen, dh. zwischen den Geschossen befinden sich nur Treppen, keine Tueren. Im Garten sind Orangen-, Zitronen-, Granantapfel- und Mandelbaum und ein weiterer Sitzplatz.
