Amazing lakefront property! Beautiful and cozy. Sun room was amazing! Would definitely book again!

James was very quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had. The house was well stocked with everything needed to make our stay comfortable. The bedrooms were nice-sized and very roomy. A few things I wish I would have known, Which would NOT have been a deal breaker I would have been more prepared, no toilet/restroom on the main floor, and no ice maker in the freezer. The backyard fence is not suitable for off-leash pets. I would stay again!! Thanks

This is my second time staying there with my dogs to visit family in town. It really is like being at home. Everything is super clean and comfortable. Well kept up. I rarely use kitchens when I travel, but I did on this trip and they had everything I needed. I was surprised pleasantly. Nancy was very easy to reach when I needed to make a couple changes and super helpful to accommodate me.

It is a comfortable cozy home & it is in a great location. It was well equipped with all u could need. I would recommend Eric’s place for sure.

Jessica's HOF bungalow was the perfect place for our weekend trip to our hometown for a family reunion/baby shower. The house was freshly painted, clean, and well furnished with everything we needed. Although the neighborhood had busy traffic passing by, it was never distracting from inside the home. The short trip to stadium and monument park to walk our pups was very convenient. Thank you for offering such a great place for us to stay!

Very cute home and perfect setting for my family and I. The bed mattresses are a little hard but other than that, no complaints. Cute decor and had everything we needed to cook our Christmas dinner. The closet space was soo nice and I loved how the 1st floor was open. My boys had so much fun playing down there with their new Christmas toys!

Charming stay!! Spotless! The only issues were the knives were very dull they just need sharpened and we thought for the cost, the jets on the hot tub were not strong at all. Otherwise it was very relaxing and much needed!!!!!

The new location where we stayed in the Ohio area where we were visiting was fabulous. Lee was very gracious to allow us to stay there, even though she wasn’t quite ready to have her home available to visitors. We did not need to communicate with Kellie as Lee was right there on the property and was available as needed.

We had a great stay while taking a quick trip to visit the Pro Football Hall of Fame in nearby Canton. The accommodations were very comfortable, and the home had a unique combination of older home quality/charm and modern amenities, including an amazing master bath suite. We made great use of the fire pit in the back, which has wood provided on hand. The surrounding community was peaceful, but had ready access to all stores, restaurants, etc., that you'd want in the area.

This place was absolutely phenomenal. The house itself was very clean. It had tons of space for everyone that came down for the weekend. The game room is such a huge bonus to this stay, we ended up spending most of our time in here. The hot tub is also great and works perfect. I would highly recommend this place and plan to come back in the future!

We had a great weekend away at a beautiful location! The house was comfortable and had all the amenities it listed and more. We were able to go out and shop all day and then come back and cook in the large kitchen! It is truly where we spent most of our time! The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable! We loved the fire pit out back and appreciated the amount of wood that the house had! We would definitely stay here again! Thank you again!

The cabin was exceptionally clean and cozy with a lovely view. It felt more private than we were expecting based on some of the other reviews we'd read. The hosts were very responsive and they provided great recommendations for things to do and places to eat in the area. We definitely agree that everyone should get donuts from Miller's Bakery and pancakes from Boyd & Wurthmann - both are the best we've ever had!! Another thing worth mentioning is that the fitness center at the Berlin Resort, which was included in the stay, has a fantastic strength training area.

I love this place. I definitely will go back. No one‘s around all this land you can walk. It was just wonderful place to stay

Well stocked. Easy access. Quiet surroundings. Large backyard for pets. Close to restaurants, canoeing/kayaking & highway. Enjoyed our stay!

The house was just what we needed and Austin was great to work with. He was super responsive, and checked in with us during what could have turned in to a weekend busting weather/flooding event (luckily, the water stayed away from the house!). The location was perfect - super close to the HoF and other local attractions and near downtown for easy access. We would definitely suggest it for families looking to explore the Canton/Akron area.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Utopian groove apartment! Julie was helpful, accommodated our requests, and gave great recommendations for local activities. Host was incredibly responsive and welcoming! Would definitely stay again!

This place had everything we needed! We ended up booking very last minute but Julie was still able to clean the place and allow us an early checkin. She also put up stockings on stocking holders, and a Christmas tree! This was an unexpected but delightful bonus as we spent the holidays there with our two young children and my dad and both of our dogs. She was able to answer all of our questions before and during the stay very quickly and thoroughly and was very helpful and accommodating with everything we needed. The neighborhood is a little far from my family but that was the only downside! Everything else was great!

My husband and our “travel pet” Bella, enjoyed our stay at Julie and Jason’s house in Massillon, Ohio. We stayed in apartment #1. The space is very comfortable & private. The clawfoot tub is absolutely stellar. LOVED IT along with the stand-up shower. Everything was as pictured. Something that struck me right away is there are so many thoughtful touches in the house from the pictures on the walls (that include local information about the city) to the little signs in the kitchen and bathroom with useful information… it feels like it fits perfectly. It’s not shouting at you - it’s part of the decor and actually useful/helpful. It’s a little thing I know but that tells me a lot about Julie. Communication with Julie was a piece of cake. She and Jason do everything they can to make your stay better. The house is in a wonderful location next to an historic Cathedral and there are many things to do in this wonderful little town in Ohio. Would definitely visit again.
