Come relax for a getaway in our elegant guest loft! Located near the end of a quiet road with lots of wide open fields and beautiful tree lines! Our loft features a cute kitchenette, plenty of closet space, TV(YoutubeTV & Roku), an extremely comfortable bed! The loft is kept very clean and neat and will be stocked with all the essentials. Access to a beautiful 33' above ground pool! We are conveniently located about 5 miles from downtown Abbeville, and only a 10 minute drive to Erskine/Due West!

Come visit our cute, quaint home located a vast piece of land just minutes from Broadway Lake access where you can cast a line or go for a swim. Spend your time away by our fire pit, grilling on the porch, or simply watching the sunset and occasional deer sightings from covered deck. This property gives you that country feel with all the modern day amenities and more. 40 min to Greenville, 28 min to Clemson, and 10 min to Downtown & Anderson University and 7 minutes from Pine Lake Golf Course.

While designed for two, we can provide an additional twin mattress. The kitchenette includes a compact fridge/freezer, microwave, and coffee maker. Enjoy a relaxing experience at this centrally-located spot, away from the hustle and bustle but only 6 min from Clemson (10 min from Clemson University), nestled in the country in a peaceful, safe neighborhood with lots of privacy surrounding. The cottage has a front porch with 2 chairs, a 2 person hammock, grill, and a fire pit (wood is provided) with three lawn chairs. There’s a queen bed and also a CordaRoy beanbag (*bed #2) that opens up to a soft bed that sleeps 1 adult or two children.

The RV is on a 2 acre lot with access to Lake Hartwell. There are trails nearby with many different exploring options in the area. You may interact with me by cell phone or online. I can show you how to operate the propane stove and lights and answer any other questions you might have. The rv shares the same drive way with the green house.
