This 12x12 house is off grid with a cute outhouse nestled in the timber behind the wildlife rescue. Relax and unplug for the weekend and know 100% of the fee goes to the animal rescue. Recently titled the Hallmark House by a customer! This house is on the I&M walking and biking trail and is a remodeled 800 square ft historic canal house in Utica. Walk or Bike two blocks into the center of town and enjoy meals and local drinks. Two Bedrooms and a Bathroom and a large modern kitchen. Relax in the living room with a small electric fireplace. Beautiful country setting with lots of natural light and located on a working farm. Golf courses 2-3 miles from Canal House.

Come stay in our carriage house turned guest house!, the property has a swimming pool available during swimming season, which is June thru September. a separate Hot Tub and new BBQ for your private use; please indicate if you intend to use the pool during your stay, we need an hours notice to remove the cover; the hot tub is always ready to use. You will be sure to enjoy the proximity to restaurants, shopping in Ottawa, parks such as Starved Rock, and a variety of festivals.
