It is 12 minutes walk from Kendal town center's many independent shops and restaurants and 5 minutes walk to our local pub the Rifleman's Arms.

Leo’s Hideaway” is a cosy cottage, newly renovated with its own private courtyard space. Tucked away in the center of the vibrant village of Staveley. Directly from the door you can enjoy some of the best walks the Lake District has to offer. Staveley is a gateway to other towns and villages such as Kendal and Windermere via bus or train. Please note we allow a maximum of 4 guests including infants we only allow 1 small/medium dog per booking. (Dogs are not allowed upstairs or on the furniture)

There are many wonderful walks and bike rides available from the front door. Stays start Mondays or Fridays.

Fell Cottage, Staveley

Fell Cottage sleeps four guests in two en-suite bedrooms and provides exceptionally high standard of pet friendly holiday accommodation in the Lake District National Park. The River Gowan runs directly outside and there are a variety of stunning walks from the front door. The cottage is conveniently just a stone's throw from a cosy pub with beer garden, a playground & all of Staveley's amenities which include a Spar, artisan bakery, gelato shop to list just a few. The cottage also has the benefit of having been recently updated throughout.

Nannygoat Cottage is a converted stable on a small private country estate in the Lake District's Lyth Valley, private drive, ponds and fields, perfect for exploring the area, well located, rural and peaceful. The local pub is a short stroll away down a country lane. Relax in comfortable surroundings, the downstairs bedrooms and upstairs lounge with log burner takes full advantage of the scenery. The mid-level kitchen dining area gives access to the garden & outdoor seating.
