We had an incredible stay at Villa Sunset Beach! From the moment we arrived, Barbara was the perfect host—so friendly and welcoming, always available to ensure we had everything we needed. The villa itself was stunning, with breathtaking beach views that were perfect for relaxing and unwinding. Our family had an amazing time, enjoying the serene atmosphere and the convenience of being so close to the beach. It was the perfect getaway for us to recharge and have fun together. Beautiful spot. Ocean one side, mountains the other. The mountains were a lot closer than I was expecting and were so beautiful. The nearby lake is also walking distance and the kids loved it and it was great for training in. The house was lovely - lots of space and felt very open. The blinds are fantastic for helping to sleep in. The washing machine is a great addition. Dawie was climbing Kilimanjaro, but made sure we had an alternative contact but he even kept in touch from the mountain - he is a great host. We loved the homely feel and the family history evident in the home. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

We had a fantastic family stay at Carol's beautiful beach home. It was spotless. The house has everything you need for a comfortable stay, and we felt at ease and relaxed from the minute we walked in. Nice courtyard at the back to entertain and keep out of the wind on some of the days. Otherwise, a lovely braai spot in from of the house on the verande with ocean views. Morning coffee on the veranda every day, with a view of the ocean, was a treat. Just a short walk down the path to the harbour with restaurants and little shops as well as soft serve ice cream. A brisk 2km walk down to the main beach all along the coastline making. Carol was super friendly, and her home is truly a gem.

I had a wonderful relaxing three months stay with Cornel and Diane, both hosts were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble, initially problems with the DSTV which took time to correct, however Cornel was very pro active in getting it sorted. The apartment is vey spacious with a huge patio and the views are truly amazing, a good range of shops and take aways very close, I would strongly suggest having transport as to get to the apartment there is a very steep hill. Cornel and Diane are great hosts, who will be as helpful as you require, and are readily on hand to sort any possible issues. I fully recommend staying with Cornel and Diane.

Everything about this trip was amazing. The house is spacious, beautiful and modern. Great for multiple families. The valley is breathtakingly beautiful with a little stream for the kids to play in. Jannie was an incredible host from booking to checkout. Thank you for a wonderful trip.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Spacious areas and even though we did not make use of the honesty bar, it is a welcome addition to the accommodation. Beautiful area and we will definitely make use of it again if we travel that way again.

This was deep exhale from the rush of everyday life. We spent slow mornings listening to the ocean and quiet evenings watching the sun set over False Bay. Janine's place is stunning. All you could ask for with a nice clean room, lovely kitchenette and stunning bathroom / shower. Location is world class with a few over the golf course! Close to lovely restaurants and the sea! Thanks Janine for a world class experience.

A Wonderful Stay That Felt Like Home Most often when you book via Airbnb, the actual place can differ from what’s shown in the pictures. That wasn’t the case here. I came with my family, and we instantly felt at home—the kids absolutely loved it! The view from the apartment is stunning. You can clearly see Table Mountain, the port side, the canal, and the overall beautiful surroundings. If we get a chance to come back, we will definitely book this apartment again. Thank you for hosting us and making our stay so memorable!

Our stay was fantastic! The location is excellent—just a 10-minute walk to the V&A Waterfront, the stunning Silo Hotel, and the incredible Zeitz MOCAA museum. You can take a scenic and safe walk along the canal behind the building, though the path closes at 8 PM, after which an Uber is necessary. Fortunately, Uber is both affordable and reliable, costing around 60-70 ZAR from the V&A to the Airbnb. The unit itself is beautifully designed, impeccably clean, and highly secure. However, there were a couple of drawbacks during our stay. Unfortunately, the washing machine was out of order, which was a key amenity we were looking for. While Rest Easy provided a laundry service as an alternative, not having access to in-unit laundry was disappointing. Additionally, the mattress was extremely firm—something to consider if you prefer softer beds or have back issues. That said, Rest Easy was wonderful to deal with—responsive, accommodating, and professional. They even held our luggage for a few

I spent a week at Julie and Ian’s for some R&R after working in Cape Town for a few weeks before heading back to the UK. Window is exquisite. Great amenities, well appointed with top class fixtures and fittings (le creuset everything 👍🏼). It’s a haven’t of peace within easy reach of everything within the winelands. Bed is incredibly comfy and wonderful views from the balcony. Nothing is too much trouble for Ian or Julie. So welcoming and helpful and it was absolutely a home from home. Urge anyone who stays to take advantage of the walks around the estate, take in the zebra, wildebeest and springbok in the game reserve and taking a dip and sunbathe at their private dam and decking. Thanks so much Ian and Julie, I had a great week and hope to be back again.

Check-in mit persönlicher Begrüßung inkl. Rundgang in der Wohnung und dem Gebäude. Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben und von der Lage super. Direkt am Strand und Einkäufe, sowie Restaurants fussläufig erreichbar. Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage sehr vorteilhaft, besonders am Wochenende. Liam war immer erreichbar und mega hilfsbereit. Ein toller Aufenthalt und wenn Muizenberg Beach, dann wieder in der Cozy Corner.

Wauw! Boek dit verblijf! We verbleven hier 3 nachten met twee kleine kindjes van 2 en 4 en het was perfect! Een prachtig verblijf, de vriendelijkste hosts en een zalig ontbijt. Ze gaven super leuke tips om activiteiten in de buurt te doen. Dit mag je niet missen als je in Stellenbosch wil verblijven!

Very quiet and private but still only a short safe walk to the Main Street. We loved the location and sitting out in the evening enjoying the setting sun and then an explosion of stars overhead! The woodfired tub was fabulous and got very hot, it was enjoyed with chilled wine! We thought the cottage was exceptionally well stocked with coffee, tea etc and lots of lovely crockery, glassware etc! The guide book is the best. I have seen, I loved it and the cottage too!

Gull's nest is a lovely spot. Bass lake is an amazing place for a swim with lovely views and an expanse of open water. Unexpected and a definite favorite from our visit.

What a wonderful place to stay. The marina and mountain views are amazing. The bird life as you would expect of a reserve was brilliant. African Harrier hawks, eagles and Pied kingfishers to name a few. The outdoor space is very large with access to a private pool (which was always super clean) and kayaks. The bedroom was spacious and had so much cupboard space and the walk-in shower was large. The lounge and kitchen were nicely appointed, and the wall mounted TV had all the DSTV channels. We had a fantastic stay, and we look forward to staying again. Thank you, Mark, you were a top host, and I recommend you and your lovely house highly. The sunsets finished the overall appeal off very nicely. Cheers cheers!!

A Perfect Getaway in Stellenbosch We had the most wonderful stay at Mariska’s place in Stellenbosch. From start to finish, it was a truly peaceful and perfect experience. The setting is absolutely magical — waking up to a breathtaking view of Table Mountain felt like a dream. Mariska was a warm and thoughtful host, and everything was just as described (if not better!). The space was beautifully maintained and had everything we needed for a relaxing break. It felt like a slice of paradise tucked away in the winelands. Highly recommend this spot to anyone looking to unwind and soak up the beauty of the area. We’ll definitely be back!

Franschhoek Farm Cottage was heaven on earth. Perfect place to chill and great location for visiting the wine estates around. The attention to details will make you feel right at home. The view point it’s must to visit! I will definitely recommend. Thanks again for everything.

This place is simply sublime. I wish I owned it. To say that it's well equipped is an understatement, it has all the things one needs e.g. including a egg poacher pan. The surroundings are so beautiful and we were lucky to see the pear trees were in bloom. The only criticism is that the farm activity (tractor) was going on until about 9 pm on the Friday, but it was peacful the rest of the weekend.

We really enjoyed staying at Lisa’s cottage. It is very spacious and homely. It is secluded and peaceful, but the lovely Postcards cafe is a short stroll away. Postcards cafe serves lovely food in a stunning setting. The Cottage is a short drive away from walking in the mountains, but also a short drive to the many wonderful wine estates that the Winelands have to offer. Lisa responded very quickly to messages.
