It is in a perfectly central location for exploring Scotland - 15 mins from Perth and an hour's drive from Edinburgh, Glasgow and St Andrews, 2 miles from Auchterarder and only 4 miles from the world famous Gleneagles Hotel. The cottage is ideal for exploring Edinburgh and Fife. With St Andrews only 75 minutes from the property, this is an ideal retreat for any golfer. Murrayfield Stadium is only 30 minutes away for concert goers and sporting fans. There are two lovely local pubs which also serve food.

The landscape and surrounding scenery is breathtaking and being one mile down a private road a real retreat from busy everyday life, with nature and wildlife in abundance.

The Bothy is stylishly converted from two jold stone farm cottages into a luxurious 2 bedroom cottage. The decor is a mix between birch ply panelling and polished cement, giving it a modern Scandi/Scottish feel, yet not losing its original charm and farm history. Some of the furniture has been made from beech and cedar from our farm. With view across the River Earn and surrounding hills, this is a perfect place to come, explore, unwind and relax.

The Wash House: a Cosy Romantic Countryside Escape

The Wash House is a beautiful, cosy cottage adjacent to a charming Schoolhouse built in 1857. This space was once the schools laundry facility. Character has been retained in this beautiful modern space. Our little slice of paradise is at the gate way to the highlands and 5 minutes from doune ( for those Outlander fans). It is perfect for those wanting to explore the beautiful surrounding area or even as a stop over on route to the highlands.

This fabulous two bedroom luxury detached holiday home set in a semi rural location with garden, BBQ cabin, large garden and stunning views. The Vu is located nearby and we are also centrally located for access by car or train Edinburgh, Glasgow, Stirling and nearby there are lots of outdoor activities in the local area for all age groups. We can offer longer stay discounts. The property boasts an open plan lounge/dining/kitchen.
