The wide pond-side porch is scenic & great for both morning & evening use. The property is one mile from the Tarleton State University Rodeo Facility and close to Melody Mountain Ranch. The two first floor bedrooms each have a king sized bed. There is a queen bed in the bedroom upstairs and a trundle bed in the loft. The ground floor is all handicapped-accessible.

The Compass Loft has it's own private entrance so the only time our paths might cross are in the driveway or at the base of the stairs if we are on our way to the garage. The studio style floor plan has a private bathroom and a kitchenette with a sink, Keurig, microwave, toaster and mini fridge to hold your leftovers. We also have EV charger if needed.

The RV is equipped with an all seasons insulation package, cool in the summer and warm in the winter months. Located next to our home’s extended patio. I personally clean and detail the space so it is spotless for each and every guest!
