House was absolutely spotless, which we very much appreciated. The extra beds were also very convenient!

This house is an absolute 5 star stay…it is exactly as shown and better. The house is beautifully decorated, all the furniture (including the beds!) is comfortable and the place is clean, with all the supplies and amenities needed (including indoor and outdoor games, great smart tvs, fans…). The outdoor lights, patio and fire pit area make this place something really special. We also loved that the house was a short 8 min drive to downtown Grandbury. The host was very responsive and did everything to make sure our stay was flawless. We have family in the area and will definitely stay here again.

This may be the cutest and best Air B&B we’ve ever visited. It is SUCH a lovely old home that has been redone to feel like you are living in a magazine photo shoot. The bedding is top tier. The furniture is cozy and lounge-able. The kitchen is dreamy and Barbie has included all the gadgets a cook will need. Because the outdoor seating area is covered, we were able to enjoy being outdoors even though it rained. This was an unexpected gem!

Wonderful location to say the least. We loved the river in the backyard with the amazing views and sunsets. I would come back to cruise around the river in their pontoon boat or rent jet skis. House was very spacious and huge family kitchen. I wished we had booked more days. Master bedroom had a reading room with door to the backyard. Loved it.

This property was filled with activity! From pickleball to basketball to kayaking, you name the activity and the equipment is there for you to enjoy! There were even multiple grilling options for the foodies in your group! This property was stocked with the necessities, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, etc. It’s the little details!! The decor and appliances were high quality and clean. The other properties were very close to this one but it didn’t matter because the neighbors were cool and helpful! The host was also helpful and responsive throughout the stay.

Steve was very accommodating and worked with me the last minute when another place didn’t work out. Steve’s place was even better than it was described. When another Airbnb I had pre-booked did not turn out to be what it was advertised as, I got online and was able to get a last-minute booking with this nice place. I was in town doing some house hunting and anticipation of a future move to Granbury. This place is so peaceful, wonderfully decorated, and all the amenities you could possibly hope for. Including snacks!. The surroundings are wonderful for those who like to hike, there’s plenty of things to do in the nearby town of Granberry and also to the South. Steve’s communication was top-notch, very responsive. I felt extremely comfortable here and will be happy to come back first opportunity I get. I’m glad the first one I chose did not work out because otherwise I would not have found this great little gem just outside ofGranbury

Host helped us out in a bind! Had to book last minute due to another Airbnb not working out in Granbury. Thankfully they quickly approved our booking! Private fun tiny home! It’s really well kept!

Walking distance to downtown, safe neighborhood but still felt private. Great yard and the hot tub was a great amenity!
