Welcome to our new construction tiny home on the Kenai Peninsula! Our property is a cozy one bedroom, one bathroom, has brand new furnishings, a fully outfitted kitchen & plenty of space to park. The Kenai Peninsula is an ideal hub for all of your outdoor adventures. Enjoy fishing on the Kenai river, hiking, sight seeing & fly out guide tours in the summer & ice fishing, snowshoeing, skiing, & so much more in the winter! Please note: we don't have wifi & we have a very strict NON SMOKING policy.

Centrally located at the confluence of the Moose and Kenai River and close to some of the best recreation Kenai Peninsula has to offer! Launch kayaks onsite & paddle up the Moose River (May-September). Wildlife sightings of Moose , Sandhill Cranes, Eagles, Swans, Snowshoe Hares, and many types of Ducks and Loon. Wake up to a new adventure every day! Kid friendly too!

Enjoy the privacy of the woods near world class fishing Two bedrooms with king size beds, two bathrooms, and a sleeping loft with 4 queen size beds. The Russian river is 30 minutes, Bings landing is 10 minutes and Skilak Lake road is 5 minutes. All are nearby. Soldotna and Kenai are a short drive away. Enjoy modern amenities with this newly constructed cabin. Fishing poles and net available on request.

Nestled on 16.7 acres of Alaskan land with access to a private lake. The perfect place to relax after a long day of adventure. (Property is shared with a main house, another cabin, and yurt) but there is plenty of space for privacy. Please please be certain of your booking dates. Built in 2021 with 2 private units. This listing is for the private lower unit; 1 BR (Q), 1 full bath (shower). Outfitted kitchen, dining area and cozy sitting area will make you feel right at home. A laundry facility is available for your convenience. A private outdoor deck overlooks the wooded property. Just minutes from downtown Soldotna & Kenai. Water filtration system updated in 2023. 150Mbps high speed internet. (The Upper Unit with 2BRs is called Birch Bend Upper--Airbnb #51415901).

Cozy Cabin

Cabin is small, cozy and clean. Full bed and single downstairs. Ladder loft has space for 2. Pets ok with extra fee. No bathroom in cabin,a mermaid outhouse nearby and a summer outdoor hotwater shower and coldwater sink. Shared firepit. Wood is available,water nearby on property. Must register pets as they require an additional cleaning fee. 1 or 2 pets kept on leash and never left unattended. Please pick up after. TY Close to Kenai River, mtns and coast. Very relaxed and casual here!

Minutes from world renowned salmon, trout, saltwater fishing and exploring. This cozy ranch cottage sits on a nice forrest property. Kitchen opens into the living area with windows looking out into a forrest setting. Perfect for 2 solo travelers, a cozy couple getaway or small family. There are 4 cottages on the property. Each has an independent parking and outdoor area with BBQ grill on property. Can be booked simultaneously to accommodate large parties.

This little cabin has been a dream come true for my family. Over the course of the last five years we have purchased property on the Kenai Peninsula and LITERALLY developed everything you see on the land. Yes, our family cut in the driveway. Our family dug the water well. We had this cute little 14x32 foot cabin hauled in and sat on the gravel pad that WE cleared and leveled. It truly has been a labor of love and now we want to share it with others!

One bedroom apartment above the garage located on a 5 acre quiet lot just five minutes from downtown Kenai, five minutes from beach access and fifteen minutes from (URL HIDDEN) This unit has a new queen bed, DirecTv, Full bathroom, Private entrance & is fully furnished with dishes, pots & pans, silverware etc. You might notice a slight lean to the building when you arrive. Engineers have ruled the building as completely safe so please don't be concerned.

We are located right in the heart of Soldotna with easy access to everything in town and are centrally located on the Kenai Peninsula with access to Homer, Seward, Capt. Cook State Park, and countless adventures. This location is a great jumping off point and features close access to fishing at the world famous Kenai River just a few minutes away. The cross-country skiing in town is excellent in season.
