This efficiency space home was designed with a zero step entry with wide doorways for ease of entry for people of all ages. You'll find the space with abundant windows & natural light, cozy and convenient with all the amenities you need to feel right at home. We are an easy launching point to nearby hiking & biking trails.

Modern Tiny House with Spectacular Views

Located about 40 min south of missoula in Stevensville MT. Newly finished tiny home with high end finishings. Great location for access to tons of hiking, flyfishing and other outdoor activities in the beautiful Bitterroot valley. Large shower with dual shower heads, stainless appliances and plenty of room to cook, two large decks for outdoor lounging and grilling. Note: the last mile or so is a primitive road. Trucks and sedans are fine but any vehicle with a low profile isn't recommended

Kick off your boots and enjoy a one of a kind, newly renovated, & professionally designed cozy cabin across from the Bitterroot River, a blue ribbon trout stream! Better yet, grab a pole to test your luck with some fishing. How about a bike ride from the cabin taking you along the river to the historic downtown Stevensville, Montana's oldest town home to small shop boutiques and delicious local foods. For snow lovers, we’re minutes away from the spectacular Lolo pass, and Lost Trail ski areas.

The Arizona Room

Fall has arrived, and we welcome you to our home in the beautiful Bitterroot Valley in Western Montana. This home design is a blend of the Bitterroot Valley and the Desert Southwest, with its timber-framed elements and courtyard. It is set just 3 miles north and east of historic Stevensville, and your room has a commanding view of the beautiful Bitterroot mountains. The home is set on 2.8 fenced acres with a coded gate entry. Our golden retriever, Rudy most likely will be your first greeter.

Ahhh, Montana! Peace and quiet in the Bitterroot!

In the heart of the beautiful Bitterroot Valley. The views are spectacular. You're near everything that screams Montana; hiking, fishing, wildlife viewing, hunting, wilderness, horseback riding, rodeos, quaint shops, restaurants, and historical places! Our guesthouse is on the same property as our home with 8 acres of natural landscape. You have privacy with your own parking area. Come stay for a day, two or more. Once you're here, you won't want to go home. We look forward to hosting you!

Sun Rider Guest House Private, Peaceful, Serene

A beautiful country setting with amazing sunsets and starlit nights. The guest house is spacious, comfy and cozy. Totally private with a lockbox for the key. A full size kitchen with all you need for cooking. Or if you want to eat out or have food delivered, Florence is only 7 minutes away offering a brewery, restaurant or pizza place. No need to pack in water, our private well has the best water! Turkeys and deer meander through. The property is on 2.3 acres and borders 25 acres.

Cozy Cottage overlooking the Bitterroot Valley

This fun cottage is located on the east side of the Bitterroot Valley, bordered on three sides by state land, so there is room to hike. A 10 minute drive brings you to the Bitterroot River, known for its excellent fly fishing. Across the valley are numerous trail heads that lead into the Bitterroot Mountains. By renting with us, guests agree to the terms of the contract. 2 night minimum stay. No animals allowed due to pet dander that is difficult to remove, and severe allergies to it.

Sunny Private Home

The best of both worlds: miles of trails and mountains to explore and just a few miles from downtown Missoula, the Kettlehouse Ampitheater, and the University of Montana. Our cozy, clean one-bedroom house is perfect for a couple looking for a calm stay. Our place is a brand new build - private, clean, sunny. Enjoy a fully equipped home with a kitchen, bathroom, and queen-sized bed. We do not have a fenced yard for your dog. Please make note! NO CATS! A fine of $100 will be assessed.

Bear Creek Loft

Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. Our loft is located in the western part of Victor with very limited neighbors and quiet area. We are only a few miles off of the highway providing a easy stop for travelers near and far. Our loft is an attached apartment over the garage with a private entrance and check in process. It is a fully completed apartment stocked with basic kitchen, bathroom, and living essentials. It is a perfect one night stay or a week stay.

Country Cottage on Hope Hill with 360° views!

Enjoy your quiet stay at the Country Cottage here on Hope Hill Lane in Stevensville, Montana! Centrally located in the breath-taking Bitterroot Valley, this private house is has everything you need and more! This offers 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully stocked kitchen and living space, washer and dryer, and a landscaped fenced in lawn to enjoy both inside and out.
