10 days spent at Villa Mirasol was fabulous - Set just in the outskirts of Alghero this is a wonderful villa surrounded by olive trees and providing views across the countryside to the sea on one side and hills to the other. This provides Peace and tranquility and yet a short drive away (or long walk) you can reach the new and old towns and the restaurants / sites of the area. The villa is spotlessly clean and tidy, the beds very comfortable with memory foam mattress and pillows and fresh clean white sheets. Air conditioning is a bonus in villas like these and to have that for the occasional quick cool down was lovely. There is plenty of space to relax inside and outside on the main terraced area and also a ‘sunset watching area’ within the olive trees where in the evenings you can watch the sunset over the sea while enjoying a glass of local wine. The kitchen is well equipped and has all the pots and pans etc you need to self cater. Mario is an excellent host. Thoroughly recommended.

Very nice and calm location in a residential area with access control. The beach is within walking distance near enough to go down and return several times a day without getting annoyed when you forgot something in the villa. Most of the residents are Italian and therefore you can enjoy the Italian way of holiday. In the residential areas there is a restaurant (upper class) and an enclosed pizza bistro (for take away as well) and a small but well-sorted supermarket, which is open from Monday to Saturday 8:30 - 20:00 h, on Sunday the supermarket is open until 13:00 h. But the supermarket is not within carrying distance. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the supermarket, restaurant and pizza bistro.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in der Villa di Canio. Die Gastgeber waren immer erreichbar, hilfsbereit und für jeden Wunsch offen. Die Anlage ist sehr schön und ruhig gelegen. In der Umgebung gibt es wunderschöne Strände, wie z.b. den berühmten Strand "La Pelosa" (ca. 10 Autominuten entfernt).

Nice Flat, wiith a nice green Garden und a Terrace, we love it. The beatifil Beach is only a litle Walk 5 Minutes. There’s a good Beachbar, and a Supermarket 5 Minutes away.

Nos hemos alojado mi familia y yo una semana en casa de Giorgio. Ha sido todo fantástico, mucho mejor de lo esperado. La casa es amplia, con vistas espectaculares, en medio de la naturaleza y al lado del amarre. Giorgio y su familia han sido los mejores anfitriones, procurando en todo memento que estuviéramos bien. Nos encantaría volver pronto.

Jolie villa dans un lotissement calme belle piscine. Personne ressource très efficace et réactive. Jolie piscine bien située. Système électrique de la maison un peu dépassé mais séjour au total très agréable

Sabrie si è reso fin da subito molto disponibile rendendosi sempre reperibile in caso di necessità e offerto consigli consoni rispetto alle nostri bisogni. La casa si presenta esattamente per come è visibile dal sito di airbnb e sono presenti lenzuola e asciugamani, ma anche altri oggetti utili come la caffettiera e il ferro da stiro, o complementi utilizzabili per la spiaggia come ombrelloni. Inoltre sono presenti lavastoviglie, lavatrice e forno perfettamente funzionanti. In cucina è presente tutto ciò che può servire come pentole, padelle, piatti, bicchieri e posate. Sono presenti tre condizionatori utilizzabili e funzionanti e una tv nel soggiorno e in caso di bisogno l’host offre anche il servizio wi-fi. La piscina è utilizzabile e provvista di quattro lettini. Alla fine del pernottamento Sabrie si è reso disponibile a consigli e suggerimenti per migliorare la sua offerta.

Siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti del nostro soggiorno. La casa di Giuseppe e Franca é molto comoda, ha ampi spazi sia interni che esterni. Consigliamo per la tranquillità, la pulizia, la disponibilità e per la facilità a raggiungere in pochissimo tempo tutte le mete di Alghero, comprese spiagge e dintorni. A presto.

Das Ferienhaus ist wunderbar ruhig gelegen mit Sonnenuntergang über dem Meer von der Terrasse aus. Der Check-in klappte perfekt. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es fehlte allerdings an Müllbeuteln, der Grill war nicht benutzbar und der Raum mit Waschmachine und Besen, Kehrblech in desolaten Zustand. Mir fehlte zu diesem Preis die Liebe zum Detail: ausreichend Handtücher auch für den Strand, Kerzen, …., trotzdem ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus.

Die Schlafräume sind mit Klimaanlage ausgestattet und hatten überall Fliegengitter. Räumliche Abtrennung der 2 Familienbereiche vorhanden. Super viel Platz. Es handelt sich um ein komplett ausgestattetes Haus. Inkl. Fahrräder mit Helmen, SUP, sogar Werkzeug um Kleinigkeiten zu reparieren. Die Küche ist groß und komplett ausgestattet. Wir waren 4 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder und haben uns super wohl gefühlt. Würde jederzeit wiederkommen. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Viele Dank für die schöne Woche

Saras Villa ist ein großartiger Ort, um mit der Familie oder Freundin eine gute Zeit zu verbringen. Das Grundstück und unglaublich groß, genauso wie der Pool. Im Inneren der Villa gibt es sehr viel Platz, sodass es ausreichend Rückzugsmöglichkeiten gibt. Die Villa hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen und wir kommen sicherlich gerne wieder. Was nicht zuletzt auch an Sara liegt, die eine tolle Gastgeberin ist.

Wunderschönes Haus an traumhafter Lage. Werde meine morgendlichen Spaziergänge an die schönen Naturstrände vermissen. Die Aussichten sind einfach magisch 🥰. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und wir hatten die Strände meist für uns allein. Vielen Dank liebe Marie, dass Du dein Haus mit Gästen teilst. Vielen Dank!

Wir haben 10 Nächte Anfang Oktober in Micheles Villa verbracht. Das Anwesen ist wirklich fantastisch. Das Haus ist in zwei Etagen unterteilt. Erdgeschoss: große Wohnküche mit Esstisch für 8 Personen + Sofabereich. Vordergarten mit überdachtem Tisch für 8 Personen + Couch-Landschaft. Daran grenzt eine große Rasenfläche an. Außerdem gibt es im Erdgeschoss ein Gäste-WC mit Waschmaschine/Trockner sowie zwei Schlafzimmer mit jeweils eigenem Bad (1x Dusche, 1x riesige Badewanne). 1. Stock: zwei Schlafzimmer mit jeweils eigenem Bad + kleine Küchenzeile. Der 1. Stock ist über einen separaten Eingang nur über draußen erreichbar. Im Hintergarten befindet sich ein großer Pool sowie der Grillbereich mit nochmals einem Tisch. Der Hintergarten kann von vorne aber auch über die Schlafzimmertüren im Erdgeschoss erreicht werden. Haus ist sehr sauber, alles da was man braucht. Michele super erreichbar. Einziger Nachteil: in Nebensaison recht wenige Restaurants offen und bei uns viele Mücken.

A magic little oasis. Truly paradise. Quiet and private. Our family of four was plenty happy here. We had more than enough room, enjoyed pool swims, movie nights, and cooking in the kitchen. You definitely need a car of at least a bike to get to the near beaches and restaurants, but that wasn’t an issue. It gave the home a tucked away feel. There is a small supermarket a 10 minute walk away and another one 10 minutes in the car. We enjoyed watching the swallows and dragonflys soar across the yard in the evenings. We would definitely recommend the villa for your stay in Stintino, and would stay here again. As a plus, the lockbox was super simple for a smooth check in and Marianna was always on call for any questions I had. Thank you to our wonderful hosts for our peaceful and much needed vacation!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans la villa. La maison est grande, propre et bien entretenue. La literie est très confortable, il y a de grands placards dans chaque chambres. Il y a la climatisation dans la maison et toutes les chambres. La piscine et le jardin sont entretenus tous les jours par une personne très sympathique. Sandra, l’hôte que nous avions sur place, est très sympathique, agréable et réactive. De plus, elle nous a recommandé des endroits ou aller à proximité. Nous avions eu un souci avec la chaise haute pour le bébé et le problème a été solutionné rapidement par Sandra. Nous avons été ravis de notre séjour.

Hemos estado 10 personas adultas durante una semana. Todo en la casa impecable, baños limpios y modernos, habitaciones muy bonitas y cómodas. Sabanas, toallas nuevas y limpias. En la cocina no falta de nada, muy completa. La piscina es fantástica y tiene 10 tumbonas muy cómodas. Los jardines muy bonitos y cuidados. Ronda y su marido son encantadores, y Stefano muy atento y pendiente de cualquier detalle. Recomiendo esta Villa 100x100

Logement très bien agencé, très bien décoré et très propre. Notre hôte a toujours été réactif à chacune de nos demandes, merci beaucoup!

La villa è stupenda come anche la vista al tramonto. La zona richiede l’uso dell’auto per spostarsi anche nelle spiagge più vicine. Gli animali domestici fino anche in terrazza sono i cinghiali che però si comportano come cani :-) L’host è estremamente gentile e premurosa nel rispondere presto e bene ad ogni necessità. Ottima esperienza!

La maison de Mark est très jolie, les chambres sont spacieuses, la cuisine très bien équipée. La piscine est grande et agréable. Mark a été très réactif à chacune de mes questions. La maison n'étant pas occupée après et notre vol étant le soir, nous avons pu partir dans l'après-midi et profiter de la piscine jusqu'au dernier moment. Je recommande sans hésiter la maison de Mark.

Pobyt u Sabriny bol úžasný. Malebný domček, ktorý je celkom pekne zrekonštrovaný, sme si veľmi obľúbilu. Súkromie, bazén a mnoho posedení, kde sedeli pri káve, sú na nezaplatenie. Veľmi odporúčam každému, kto hľadá súkromie, ticho a pritom čisté a nádherné bývanie, z ktorého sa dá vyraziť na výlety.

Ich hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub. Die Unterkunft liegt sehr ruhig in einem Ferienhausgebiet, nahe des Ortes Stintino. Dort findet man auch alle nötigen Geschäfte wie Bäcker, Supermarkt und Restaurants. Das Haus ist toll und verfügt über alles was man benötigt und viele schöne Deko und Zubehör (Gewürze, Reinigungsmittel, Poolzubehör). Der Blick über die Gegend ist herrlich und der Pool grandios. Mehrmals die Woche kommt auch jemand um diesen zu Prüfen/Reinigen. Einzig die Küche ist etwas klein und hat keinen Ofen. Als Ersatz dafür gibt es aber eine Mikrowelle. Der Check in erfolgt über eine nette Dame (Loredana - ich hoffe der Name ist richtig). Sie erklärt alles Wichtige zum Haus und hat tolle Tipps für die Gegend und Restaurants ( vielen Dank nochmal dafür). Wir konnten uns gut auf Englisch mit ihr in Verbindung setzen.
