Renta de alojamientos vacacionales frente al agua en Stintino

Alloggio in zona tranquilla, pedonale, con lungomare adiacente. La zona cucina è dotata di tanti comfort: macchinetta per il cappuccino, per il caffè, tostapane, microonde etc. Erano presenti sia alimenti per la colazione sia per un brunch salato (pane per tramezzini, prosciutto e formaggio). Letto matrimoniale comodissimo. Pulizia impeccabile. Host molto disponibile. Alloggio super consigliato!!!

Trevlig lägenhet i gamla stan med både hamnen och centrum strax utanför dörren. Vi var två vuxna och en tonåring och hade gott om plats. Vi uppskattade att ha två badrum med dusch. Den fina Maria Pia-stranden når man antingen med en kort bussresa eller en promenad. Utbudet av restauranger var stort och stormarknaden Eurospin låg bara 5 minuters promenad bort. Köket i lägenheten var mycket enkelt men funktionellt för den lilla matlagning vi gjorde på semestern. Vi är mycket nöjda med vårt boende.

The house was exactly as described and in a perfect spot. Davide responded straight away to any of our questions. We could even drop our bag's hours early. I would throughly recommend this house and Davide as a host. We loved every minute of our stay

We had a great week at Caterina's place. The view is amazing. The apartment was small but comfortable and efficient. Everything worked well. Caterina and her husband are very pleasant.

Great accommodation TOP location just a short walk from the beach, pine forest, and outdoor playground. The apartment was nice and clean. Parking was available right in front of the house, within the premises. Communication with Marco was excellent — he was always available and helped us even in difficult situations. He also allowed us a late check-out at 11:00. Thank you!

Eine gut gelegene Wohnung in einer Seitenstraße unweit des Zentrums. Vom Küchen/Wohnraum hat man einen schönen, seitlichen Meerblick - vor allem zum Sonnenuntergang. Silvia ist sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Ihre Mutter wohnt nebenan und kümmert sich sehr nett bei Problemen. Die Verständigung geht aus sprachlichen Gründen problemlos und schnell über Silvia. Ich habe hier den April verbracht und hatte leider etwas Pech mit dem Wetter. Daher empfehle ich warme Kleidung mitzunehmen.

We stayed here for 10 nights and really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is in walking distance of everything and still quite. The apartment was very clean and anything we needed was there, it was spotless and very comfortable. Our communication with Franchesco was excellent and the recommendations he gave us were spot on. A lovely apartment and an extremely pleasant stay.

Soggiorno a casa Karmis perfetto. Appartamento molto carino e ben tenuto, con tanti spazi e una terrazza meravigliosa vista mare. Pulizia della casa davvero eccellente, nonostante fosse grande non c’era nulla fuori posto né nulla che non fosse pulito e profumato. Ylenia è stata una persona davvero gentile, molto disponibile anche a darci consigli sul luogo, oltre che essere molto chiara nel fornirci tutte le informazioni della casa. Rapporto qualità prezzo giustissimo. Consiglio vivamente questo alloggio!

Liebe Claudia und Gregor, so schnell ist die Zeit in Costa Paradiso vergangen, wie schade! Vielen Dank für Alles, auch an Marina, es hat alles so unkompliziert geklappt. Die Gegend um Costa Paradiso ist traumhaft schön, gestern haben wir noch die Küste mit dem Boot abgefahren. Man muss ganz gut zu Fuß sein um in die Villa zu kommen mit den vielen Stufen, aber da man eh meist nur ein Mal am Tag den Weg macht, ist das kein großes Problem. Die Villa ist super groß und geräumig, mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und die Küche lässt es an nichts mangeln! Der Sonnenuntergang ist ein Träumchen auf der Terrasse... Restaurants sind gut mit dem Auto zu erreichen und haben auch Angebote für uns Veggies! Wir sagen: Danke 😍

Luigi's Eltern Giovanna und Giancarlo haben uns bei unserer Ankunft sehr herzlich in Empfang genommen. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und liegt schön abgelegen mitten in der Natur, innerhalb ein paar Gehminuten ist man am Strand. Giovanna und Giancarlo waren sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich, wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Vielen Dank!

Schöne, moderne Wohnung, hübsch eingerichtet, toller Ausblick auf den Hafen. Die Klimaanlage (Heizung) im Wohnraum war außer Betrieb. Vom Parkplatz zur Wohnung geht es etliche Meter und 50 Stufen aufwärts. Im Ort gibt es mehrere Supermärkte, ohne Auto schlecht zu erreichen.

Wir waren als Familie in Ugos Unterkunft. Die Lage nah an den Klippen bietet tolle Aussichten. Das relativ kleine Haus war sehr sauber. Ein Auto sollte unbedingt dabei sein, unmittelbare Ortschaften mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten oder Restaurants erreicht man sonst nicht. Für Ausflüge in den Norden oder Nordwesten ist die Lage optimal.

We had a lovely stay. Beach, restaurants and supermarkets were all within minutes of the property. We were 4 adults and a teenager and there was plenty of space for us all. The garden and pool area were absolutely fabulous. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Raffaele ist ein super freundlicher und zuvorkommender Gastgeber. Er war immer für uns da und wir wurden Herzlich empfangen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und wurden immer toll und aktuell informiert. Die Unterkunft war sehr schön und sehr sauber. Die Lage mitten im Altstädchen war genial. Rundum tolle und sehr feine Restaurants und Bars mit tollem Ausblick aufs Meer. Alles in allem einfach mega schön und Ferien die nicht nur das Herz berühreten sondern für immer dorf bleiben. Danke!!

Perfekte Unterkunft! Absolut zu empfehlen! Damiano ist ein absoluter Top-Gastgeber und die Wohnung lässt keine Wünsche offen! Sowohl die Sauberkeit, als auch die qualitative und hochwertige Ausstattung der Innenausstattung sind 5 Sterne plus! Die technische Ausstattung des Appartements lässt ebenfalls keine Wünsche offen. Lage, Lage, Lage ….. Traumhafte Blickbeziehungen auf das Meer von jedem Zimmer und eine optimale Laufentfernung zur Altstadt. Die Nachtruhe wird vom Meeresrauschen sanft unterlegt. Appartamento pulitissimo e comodo, in zona tranquilla e comoda per girare a piedi la città

La casa di Felicita è davvero un luogo speciale, e il suo punto forte è senza dubbio la vista. È semplicemente pazzesca, con tramonti indimenticabili che tingono il cielo di colori straordinari, e di notte un cielo stellato meraviglioso che lascia senza fiato. La casa è tutta nuova e ristrutturata, con tutti gli utensili indispensabili e necessari per un soggiorno confortevole. La posizione è perfetta: la spiaggia è raggiungibile in circa 3 minuti a piedi passando dalla strada. Purtroppo, non siamo riusciti ad accedere direttamente al mare dalle scale sotto casa, poiché l'ultimo tratto è un po' mal messo e scivoloso, quindi abbiamo preferito evitare. Unico piccolo inconveniente è stato il Wi-Fi, che aveva un segnale molto debole e instabile, rendendo difficile la connessione. A parte questo, tutto il resto è stato davvero bello e piacevole. Consiglio sicuramente la casa di Felicita per una vacanza rilassante e rigenerante!

Nous avons été très bien accueilli par le mari d’Eva qui parle très bien français donc plus facile pour nous le logement est tres bien placé à 2 pas de la mer une cour privée clôturée donc pour notre chien parfait tout etait tres fonctionnel et complet et merci pour toutes ces recommandations qui nous ont permis de passer un tres bon séjour.

Nous avons passé trois jours en famille à Alghero dans l'appartement de Francesco. Le logement est très bien situé, non loin de la vieille ville et de la plage (accès facile à pied). Le logement est confortable, très propre, et très bien équipé. Francesco est aux petits soins, plein de petites attentions pour ses hôtes (des œufs en chocolat pour les enfants pour Pâques!). Tout petit bémol sur le bruit lié à la circulation (simple vitrage), mais c'est aussi la situation du logement en centre ville. En résumé, nous recommandons +++ 🙂

Ivan s'est montré très accueillants et nous a gentiment attendu malgré notre retard. L'appartement est très agréable, il est bien adapté pour toute saison. Lla cuisine est bien équipée avec tout ce qu'il faut. Nombreuses activités dans les environs. Attention cependant, avant le 1er mai, le ferry pour l'île d'Asinara ne fonctionne pas tous les jours, nous avons du partir de Stintino.

We loved our stay at Federico’s flat! He was the perfect host — warm, friendly, and welcoming — and offered us everything we needed. We loved exploring the neighborhood, walking to the old city, and checking out nearby beaches. It was great that Federico recommended all of his favorite places and we could not be happier with our stay. We would love to return here one day!

Incredible location on third floor overlooking the port and old town. No need for a balcony with huge arched windows! Perfect for apero sunset gratefully received from host! Very spacious apartment, simply but beautifully decorated with grand dining setting.. Small but sufficient kitchen also helpful to have use of a washing machine. Free parking nearby. Eleonora was easy to communicate with and very hospitable. We are so pleased we chose to stay here with our three that old for some Sardinian apartment living.
