The spacious open-plan living area has underfloor heating, and large picture windows offer stunning views south, across open countryside. Situated a small apple farm, Appletree is perfectly located for walking, golf, hiking, cycling, fishing, boating, riding, wildlife spotting and the local village cafe.

Old Farmhouse was renovated in 2019 to create bright, spacious accommodation whist retaining original features, along with a wood burning stove and complimented by 300Mbs fibre WiFi & biomass heating. Our location is the perfect start for walking, cycling & touring the area right from the door and walking distance from the tearoom.

Merlin is a perfect space for 2 on an 84 acre hillside farm. The farm offers stunning views of the Lake of Menteith and surrounding hills. Merlin is a cute space with all comforts considered: a king size bed, small sofa, kitchenette, lush decor and a walk in shower. Bathrobes, fluffy towels, tea and coffee are included. The Fox Den

The Fox Den is situated on our family farm in Stirlingshire, Scotland. Using recycled shipping containers that used to store our sheep feed during the winters we have renovated them to create a beautiful country retreat. Relax and unwind in this unique space with panoramic views of the trossachs from the roof terrace. Set amongst 30 acres of native Scottish woodland with walkways and only 1/2km from the River Forth, there’s no better place to enjoy rural Stirlingshire.
