Cottage in the countryside with its own pool

Welcome to our modern tiny cabin in Tungelsta – just 30 minutes from Stockholm. Here, you'll stay next to the forest, with easy access to the Sörmlandsleden trail and beautiful hiking paths. Enjoy a wood-fired sauna or a warm soak in the hot tub – both available all year round. During summer (May–Sept), you’ll also have access to a heated pool, kept at around 30°C. It is all private and not shared with others. A cozy holiday retreat for couples, small families or friends – in any season.

Built in 1968 and surrounded by the ocean, forest, nature and good neighbors. The decor is calm, light gray with wood design furniture. In the garage that is connected to the main building there are some gym things and a washing machine . At the front of the house is a large terrace and with the possibility for barbecue, furniture and hammock. The house has 2 double beds. On the hill there is a wood-burning sauna. Dogs are welcome and there is a fence all way around so they can run free.

Hitta lugnet och möt äventyret i detta nybyggda trähus ca 1,5 timmar från Stockholm City. Huset andas kärlek till naturen och ligger på en lugn ö i Stockholms skärgård som mestadels består av naturreservat. Här finns inga bilar eller oljud utan bara vilda bär och vilda djur. Nära till havet, den egna bryggan (se bild) ligger ca 100 meter från huset. Tillgång till vedugn, vedeldad bastu, 2 Havskajaker (K1) och 2 Mountainbikes (Allt ingår i hyran).

Private entrance and a veranda for evening dinners. This is a great base to explore the area either by foot, locally, or by car across the Archipelago. Stockholm by ferry was so easy. We have a guest apartment with a good bathroom and kitchenette on the central island "Kungsholmen". The apartment is on the 2nd floor and there's an elevator/lift. Perfect for both shorter and longer stays.
